This place is crooked. I got gifts for my parents & they wouldn’t let me return them and get the full price I paid! The salespeople pushed gifts on me that I didn’t know at the time would mess up the return order & not allow me to get the full price for all my products when returning!!! Make sure to read the fine print on almost everything that brookstone because this place is surely not getting my family and I’s business anymore! This place doesn’t deserve your money.

the store is really neat, but if I had to choose one thing to knock it would be the customer service. we were in there for probably 20 minutes yet no one ever came up to us to ask us if we needed anything, or if we were looking for something in particular. this is kind of one of those stores where you just look around for nothing in particular, so maybe that kind of service is normal here. all in all this is a really cool place, great for Christmas or birthday gifts.
