Went in today to take advantage of upgrade for my wife after going to the Short Pump location which had run out of the inventory we needed.
Unfortunately this is my second bad experience at this location. The staff is not knowledgable and my overall time to get out was over an hour.
Use the short pump mall location as they are more professional and knowledgable.

Second time coming here and these salespeople are the best in my opinion. They take the time to answer all of your technical questions and show you how things work. Other stores are too concern with always be selling you something. I have refer two of my coworkers to only come here for now on. Thank you.
