Burger King

This Burger King gets one star but deserves a –5 stars. Reason being they hired a manager that has no sense of professionalism. For over 30 minutes while dining in I as well as other customers were subjected to her screaming at the employees. She was relentless in her non-​stop verbal abuse. At one point threatening their jobs. Her screaming was so loud I couldn’t take it I cut my meal short. As I was leaving I asked for the number to corporate and told her that it was unprofessional as a manager to speak to employees the way she did. She proceeded to defend herself all the while being just as rude and loud as she was with the employees. She had no respect for me as a customer. When I explained that I wasn’t going to argue with her I. would take it up with the corporate complaint line, she said go ahead do that.
I can’t believe that Burger King would have this person representing their brand. Obviously she had no people skills, which is a must when dealing with. PEOPLE, especially customers.
I ended up talking to the district manager and shared my experience and my concern for the employees subjected to this treatment by the manager. I felt confident that they will handle the manager appropriately.
No one deserves to be talked down to and treated with disrespect especially someone getting paid minimum wage and working as hard as fast food workers do. Hopefully Burger King will eliminate the problem and find someone that is capable.
I question that because the service industry has gotten away from good service and has focused more so on profit. In this case they should focus on assuring that their employees are treated right. After all happy workers are more productive and that’s what keeps happy repeat customers.

Typical Burger King but the drive-​thru is very slow at this location. I waited in the drive-​thru for over 30 minutes just for a small burger and apple pie. Once you’re in the drive-​thru line, its hard to get out (if the drive-​thru is busy). Expect to wait at this location.
