Burger King

This burger king is always under staffed, rude, and unprofessional. I had such a bad experience there the district manager reached out to me to apologize. I haven’t been back since. I wish I could give zero stars.

If you want a quick meal that something is always wrong with, this is the place for you. Be it that you are missing sauce or ketchup. No straw for your drink or diet drink instead of regular this Burger King will go out of its way to mess up your order.

You want a fluffy egg and fresh tasting sandwich? Then this is the place to go. Not only was the drive thru speedy, but our food was fresh out of the oven, and we were even able to keep our coupon for a future use! You’d think fast food chains are all the same, until you find one where the service and food stand out. This is the place to go!

Woke up to find the cupboards bare so we headed out in search of food. Wound up at this BK because we had to make another stop, nearby. The BK parking lot closest to me (13 000 block of Midlothian) usually appears to be pretty busy for breakfast on the weekends so I was really surprised to find this Forrest Hill location empty.
I assume the reason for this stores exceptional cleanliness was because it was completely empty. Also, the staff was more courteous than other I’ve experienced. I ordered my breakfast sandwich without bread. This usually causes minor to moderate irritation and/​or confusion. The guy behind the counter did not roll his eyes or show any kind of distress.
After we grabbed our drinks picked a table, the guy behind the counter came out and brought us our meal, which was totally unnecessary being that we were 15 feet away, but it was a noticeable act of good customer service and I was impressed.
The food we ordered was neither good nor bad. It’s Burger King. I think it always tastes the same… You know what to expect.
I don’t know that I’ll return to Burger King because of this experience, but more likely, it will happen, out of the blue, like this morning.

It pains me to have to take back my four star review, but after the 6^th time visiting this Burger King within the past 2 months, I have no other choice but to do it. In my previous review, I commended the establishment for its quick service and hot food. Now a days it is no longer the case. If you go to this Burger King after 11pm and try to order any Chicken related product (chicken sandwich, chicken strips, chicken nuggets), there is an 85% chance the drive thru worker will tell you that they are out of chicken. Let me repeat that, the drive thru worker will tell you that THEY ARE OUT OF CHICKEN. I can understand not having any available chicken products and having to cook a fresh order for a customer, but to suggest that the restaurant has completely run out of a particular food item and wont get restocked until the next day is unbelievable or its a lie to cover up for the workers being too lazy to make new food. If the worker doesnt tell you that they are out of a certain food product, they will tell you that their system is down and they are not taking anymore orders. If you are craving late night food, I suggest going to Wawa which is a block away. This place is not the place to have an enjoyable experience. ONE STAR
