Not really impressed with this store. small and selection was limited. Some nice Jewlery items that were reasonable
But other than that this would be a wasted trip … Unless ur going to ranch 99… Save ur gas

I bought an «Hermes» purse there and the handles started breaking and stitching started separating on the handles after a month. After 3 months it was shot. They don’t stand by their product either. When I brought it back to tell them about it they refused to do anything about it.

Okay, so I haven’t visit Cece’s yet, but I had the pleasure of meeting Cece at a nail salon in Alameda, CA we sat right next to each other and I very much enjoyed our quick short conversations. She has a spirit that is delighting and very friendly. I value peoples opinions and honesty. As I read the reviews there is one negative response, this person apparently doesn’t believe in quality, what a pitty. Cece, it was an honor to meet you and I am looking forward to my visit to your cute boutiques.
Oops, I can’t rate the boutiques yet but for owner personality the rating is way past 5.

This boutique is really great! The owner is really nice and helpful. The clothes are great quality for the price compared to other boutiques in Pacific East mall. There are a great selection of inspired designer clothing such as Louis Vuitton and Chanel for less. The clothes and the bags are elegant and classy.

I am a sucker for cute boutiques. Found out about Cece’s when I saw recent photos added to the business and couldn’t help but notice the «inspired» by bags and cute stylish cloths so I bookmarked this place in hoping to visit in the near future. I needed to go to ranch 99 and buy a few things and remembered Cece’s was in the same area as Ranch 99 so me and my hubby went to check it out. Meet with the owner who was super nice and friendly and knows a lot about fashion. I totally feel in love with one of the bags and my hubby purchased the bag for me as a early Xmas gift. If you love shopping boutiques and hand picked items from the boutique owner, check this place out.

If you need a last minute outfit for that special occasion, you can always find something appropriate here and then some!
The styles here are classic with a twist of trend; items purchased at CeCe’s will never lose it’s touch! The folks here are generally friendly and very helpful… May I add that the store ambiance is so cute and warm that it makes you feel welcome!
Oh and who can forget those bags they sell? AWESOME deal for your cash!

I visit this place knowing that the design, material, and quality of each dress is well researched and given a lot of thought. I also appreciate that Cece is honest and helps me make smart decisions when I’m not sure which dress would best suit me based on the occasion and my lifestyle. Yes, the selections are not as much compared to huge stores with mass-​produced clothes, but when I wear one of their coutre-​inspired outfits, I always get a compliment about the color & cut, and asked which famous designer (Alexander McQueen, V Beckam, Gucci, etc) I got it from… I have to pause, give them a mysterious smile before I tell them it’s this small specialty boutique inside a 99 Ranch Plaza. And they are all intrigued and check it out for themselves!

Not only do they have different selection of (inspired by) purses with different colors the prices are unbeatable! Beautiful dresses picked by the owner.
I have bought two purses from Cece’s Favorite Things. Can’t wait to see what else they have in stock the next time I visit!
The Owners are nice people and always greeting with a smile and offering to help.
The store is located on the left side of the Mall, as you enter.

Small ladies boutique in the Pacific East Mall. They carry dresses and a good selection of purses. Cece designs the dresses which run from $ 50-​$ 70. I bought two ;).
