Chick-fil-A

This has to be the most unprofessional store I have ever been to. There is no manager on the floor so it’s no wonder it took 15 minutes to get 1 biscuit. The children behind the counter are more into gossiping and yelling then taking care of the customers. I am a manager of a very successful restaurant and this is just not a good store. It’s always freezing and honestly not that clean. I would recommend management steps up and gets their employees in line I shouldn’t hear your front lines conversations about makeup and who did this and who didn’t do that across the restaurant very unprofessional and won’t come back to this particular location

This chick fil a really did not meet my standards I normally hold chick fil a to. The chicken nuggets were severely undercooked and zoo wee mama did they taste funky. The fries were, as always, delish and salted properly. Just wish my nuggets were cooked longer. My sprite was pretty good, a bit too much ice in my cup but its okay, I like to snack on the ice when im done with my sprite anyway. Anyway, decent chick fil a, just make sure to ask them to give you some crispy nuggets!

My food has always been great. I got the Grilled Cobb Salad. I was treated courteously and served in a prompt manner. I would go back again.

Always great service, never mess up the order, and they are very quick at getting long lines moving. Love them!

Big let down on how often I visit Chick-​fil-​A, especially on a day like today just to be told that they don’t honor the Unilocal offer :(The manager stated that it wasn’t honored at any Chick-fil-A’s. I even went inside even though the drive-​thru was empty
The manager could have made an exception being that I clearly had checked in on the app, showed him the address, even the location on the map and everything. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich, but since they didn’t honor the check-​in offer of a free large drink, I decided to leave. I may not be a regular at that location, but they lost my few dollars and my excitement to revisit them in my travels.

This is one of those fast food places that you know is not good for you but you know you’re going to enjoy it no matter what. Who can go wrong with FRIED, and that’s really all that fast food is. Better than average white meat chicken nuggets that don’t have all the fat and golden waffle fries you won’t find elsewhere. Not to mention kids love it!

Haven’t had Chik Fil A in years! It was just ok. I still like the waffle fries but the sandwiches seemed like they were sitting for awhile. Not impressed with this one.

Chick Fil A is the best chain restaurant. I love getting the chicken cool wrap with ranch and the waffle fries have such a yummy flavor. For desert I love to get the Cookies and Cream Milkshake.

This location always has cheerful people working, who are always ready to take care of the customer! During peak times, when the drive thru is slammed, they have people outside taking orders to expedite the process so that people can be on their way. Today it took me maybe 6 minutes from the time I got in the line, which wrapped around the restaurant, to the time I got my food and drove away. I go out of my way to come to this chick fil a because I know I will get the best service here!

Friendly and genuine staff mixed with delicious chicken is the best combo for a high-​end fast food place!

The best fast food experience I have ever had. The staffs kindness and southern charm made me question why I have been living in the Bronx my whole life.

Our family has a meal at least once a week at Chick-​fil-​A in Richmond, Virginia.
We are always happy with our food and the friendliness of the restaurant staff.
Last week, we were very dismayed to see advertisement and sponsorship of a circus with animal acts.
Chick-​fil-​A takes pride in family values and social responsibility. How is it right to teach children that large wild animals jump through hoops and parade in line for fun? It is an injustice to give young children this impression. Children should be taught respect for animals and learn about their natural behaviors and habitats.
This circus is NOT about family fun, it is animal cruelty in the disguise of entertainment. Large wild animals do not perform unnatural acts without severe and ruthless tactics. The inhumane treatment of the animals that must travel from town to town in small trailers is well documented.
We are at a loss why Chick-​fil-​A would endorse misinformation to children and the disregard for the elephants and tigers that endure years of misery in a traveling circus.
We ask Chick-​Fil-​A to reconsider their connection and extensive sponsorship and advertisement for this circus. It is morally and ethically wrong and contradicts Chick-fil-A’s self-​professed commitment to the education of youth and social responsibility.

Was craving Chik-​Fil-​A and decided to come here off 95. This place was the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to in awhile. The staff was very friendly, the manager served us our food at our table, and the food was absolutely delicious. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the meat was huge! It was crispy and spicy at the same time… Very very good. The bathrooms and the restaurant was very clean which is a major plus. Kudos to the manager! :)

I’ve always been conflicted about Chick Fil A being part of the «fast food» dichotomy. When I visit this establishment, I get the royal treatment. The cashiers are polite, they take accurate orders, they apologize if the «wait» on the food is too long, and sometimes give coupons for free chicken sandwiches to compensate! Is this what we’ve come to expect of fast food spots? Absolutely not. That’s what I love about Chick Fil A. This particular location offers a clean dining area and fast service, in spite of the heavy foot traffic that often frequents the place. It doesn’t get much better than this!

This is an AWESOME Chick-​Fil-​A! The service is above and beyond. All the staff is super nice and friendly.

This chick-​fil-​a is the best one i have been to. The food there is great. The atmosphere is wonderful, they are willing to help you, and they are always friendly and kind. They give free refills and ask for a name for the order so they make sure to get it right, good idea. if i get a thank you back on this review then i will reply with… my pleasure :)
