Epic Curls

I visited looking for Darcy’s Botanicals products.
What I got was a lil more than I bargained for… in a good way. I expected a kiosk with a few things that were suitable for my hair type and texture. Upon calling the store because I couldn’t locate the kiosk, I learned that they had a storefront.
Besides, Darcy’s Botanicals, the store also carries Curl Junkie, Brown Butter Beauty, Qhemet Biologics, Shescentit, and Myhoneychild products geared toward type 3 and type 4 hair. While, the store didn’t carry all of the items that I was looking for (almost impossible for any store, btw.), they did stock the most popular items at a fair price. The young lady tending to the store was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made several great suggestions. We talked about curl definition and how to maintain moisture during the upcoming cold weather. If I had an unlimited budget, I probably would have bought on of everything.
One of the products that she recommended has now become one of my favorite conditioners and deep conditioners, and it wasn’t even on my list. Brown Butter Beauty’s Babassu Butter Love Deep Treatment is too luscious for words.
My only complaint: I should have bought two jars. I’ll know better next time…
