I wish I could give this company a 5 star BUT the one thing that makes me regret going with the company is the financial services they use. Interest is too high and we felt like we should’ve been told to check with our bank to find a lower interest rate. Shame in us for not thinking about it too. We didn’t shop around because the salesman was very nice, little too chatty BUT seemed genuine. Feel like if we had shopped we could’ve gotten another system for slightly cheaper considering we only had the outside and inside unit replaced. None of the ducting was replaced or even cleaned at that. A little pricey BUTOVERALL. The service of the men who helped with install were nice and cleaned up after themselves. Only thing I suggest is to not finance it through the company they use. Check you bank first.

I am adding an additional comment in reply to ‘the company owner’ response. It was Service Experts who installed and maintained the unit for the entire 8.5 years, this added no length to the life of the unit. When given a replacement quote by Service Experts including preferred customer discount, the estimate was 20% higher than the two other estimates for similar replacement units.

I had a leak in my basement that was unexplainable and was coming from either a leaky pipe or something in the first floor apartment’s kitchen. My regular plumber was out of town and I needed someone that day. I was referred to Eveready by a friend who is a property manager. They sent someone out the same day. The guy they sent was professional and knew his stuff. We had to tear out a portion of the ceiling in the basement to get at the leak but he was respectful and did not do any more damage then he had to to locate the leak which turned out to be a faulty line from the ice maker to the water source. He was in and out in about an hour and fixed the leak with no problems. I think it was about $ 150 for the«emergency same day» call. Not too bad given the circumstances. I will use them again. A side note. These guys do HVAC and appliance repair as well. They offered me a Maintenance Agreement for my HVAC for $ 180 per year that gives a 15% discount on repairs, priority scheduling, no overtime charges, and same day service. The higher end Protection Plan for $ 396 per year a higher end service plan that offers free repairs day or night and on holidays with no deductible or service charges. I am seriously considering this as my unit is now going on its 4th year.
