I went to have my passport photo and I had it very fast. May be it is little bit expensive than Walgreen. Service was quick.

Literally the only customer in the store. Standing in clear view of both of the employees on duty. They continued to speak to each other without acknowledging me. Then when I asked if one of the could help me, they asked me to hold on and continued their non-​urgent, casual conversation. If a place is busy, I have no problem waiting. But again, I was literally the only customer in there and this was just plain poor customer service.

It took 45 minutes to ship one package. I was waiting in line 30+ minutes behind one person. There’s plenty of staff, but only one person can use the shipping computers at a time?

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I’ve needed a copy of my resume for an interview. Each time I’ve come to FedEx rushing to get one printed. I go here because they’re the only copy print place that will allow me to email them my resume and print it. Some say they don’t because of possible viruses.
FedEx saved me twice and without hesitation. Because of the top knotch customer service and helpful employees I do all of my business printing here.
Thanks Jasmin for knowing what I needed before I told you. You’re the greatest.

I’m from NYC and any place that have pens, highlighters, rulers etc is OMG moment. I was in @ 11:05 and it was empty, clean& neat.
The staff was helpful & polite.
The area I think is downtown so street park ing with meters, they have parking garage & lots but don’t know how much. Cute area

Experiences here rarely change — the staff is helpful and they try their best to make sure every problem has a solution. It’s a FedEx Kinkos location so we’re usually there for copies and services along those lines.
No complaints here at all.

This is my go to copy shop when I’m in a pinch. Service is friendly and everything you would expect from a copy shop in the heart of the city. My only complaint is parking can be a little difficult at the wrong time of the day.
