The UPS Store

Efficient, quick, nice and fair price. I shipped there several times, with half a dozen boxes each time. They helped me in with the boxes and processed things very quickly. Outstanding.

While I normally have a positive experience at this store, the gentleman with the ponytail, was curt and borderline rude today. I remained pleasant and thanked him, but I’m surprised this rude attitude is accepted.

This store is always amazingly friendly and efficient!

The staff is always very nice and friendly! The shipping prices are standard UPS prices, but be aware of the packing and packaging prices. I bought a med box and they charged me almost $ 3 just to package the item. Otherwise, they are A-​OK!

I had a couple of packages to return to Amazon, and have been putting it off for a while cause it’s always a pain in the butt (at least it is in my mind). Show up to the UPS store with the labels printed, the boxes untaped, and the guy behind the counter checks to ensure I have everything in order, scans my labels and hands me a receipt, assuring me that he’ll have them properly packaged and ready to go out today. The whole process took about 60 seconds, I should have left the car running!

Fantastic service! I came here to drop off some books for an Amazon trade-​in. Once I handed off the label and got my books weighed and measured, the guy told me I was ready to go! In and out in less than 5 minutes! Very impressed! Parking can be cramped since this it is in a pretty busy shopping center, but you shouldn’t have a problem if you keep a good eye out. The place is also conveniently located by For the Love of Chocolate and Jean Jacques Bakery!

So I came here to take a non-​voluntary safe driving test. I walked up to the counter and the man at the counter said that they «have a reservation system» of which I immediately thought in my head «why did I wait until the day before court to do this?»
…lucky for me, the last reservation was finishing up and it was my turn to take the test. I sit down at the computer, answer questions that weren’t closely related to my 8-​hour online course and passed with a 90%. The test took around 6 minutes.
While I waited for the computer, people came in and out with small and large boxes trying to send things out so that they were «received BY TOMORROW!!!» Funny how people treat other people. Some guy was mailing a phone somewhere and he was a complete asshole to the representative. He came into the store around 5pm and demands that his package get to wherever (again) «BY TOMORRROW»
So while this review may not be necessarily helpful… if I need to ship something, somewhere… I’m going here! (or FedEx)
Oh yeah… and regarding taking driving school, court dismissed my ticket because I took driving school before court… BOOOOYAH!

Noooo! I won’t review a soul-​less chain storeee! Ok, I will.
All the traditional accoutrements of a post store, boxes, post boxes, shipping supplies, blah blah blah. The staff here is why I decided it was actually worth it to write a review. People have always been really nice to me here. Maybe I look like a mystery shopper or maybe I’ve accidentally voiced that I think most of the folks working here are terribly attractive but I’ve always gotten really stellar service.
Usually I’m just dropping prepaid boxes off while there is nary another soul in here (mid day, btw) but I’ve occasionally needed to purchase shipping supplies. Once, when I could only roughly remember one of the dimensions of an object I was shipping, the clerk was SO helpful and offered SO many options that I found myself laughing. While laughing I had to tell him, «Just calm down! It’s only a box!»
To sum. I don’t know if I look like a relative of the boss or what but people here have always been really nice to me in return for my regular level of normal human politeness. Smiling and saying hello goes a long way with these folks.

I’ve never used a UPS store but came to this one to take a (voluntary) safe driving test :) So for this service, they were great and conveniently located. I was surpised to see how many people came in and out of the store in the 30 or so minutes that I was there. I took note that they have P.O. boxes since I’ve been thinking about getting one.

Convenient, with attentive and polite staff.
