This Firehouse Sub shop is very nice and consistent with the quality of others in the chain. There is ample seating and a fun atmosphere(decorations) inside. The food and presentation is also very nice. I like that they cut my meatball sub down the top instead of the side so that nothing fell out. I will say it was a bit hotter than I thought(literally not, not talking about peppers). I had to give it a minute after a few bites. The parking lot is the only bad part about this location… it shares a parking lot with Cici’s Pizza(bleh). They tend to take over parking lots with their mini vans and motorized wheelchairs. We had to park across the street to eat at Firehouse.

I had the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub. Everything tasted decent, just higher in price than other sub shops. The restaurant was kept nice and clean, I even saw a small child wearing a firefighter helmet– super adorable. Would go back again.

I used to go to these in Florida and loved them. Big sandwiches, friendly staff, and awesome sauce(not the hot sauces on the counter, the house ones in pumps). This one had an unfriendly guy at the counter, skimpy subs, and none of the pepper sauce or horseradish to be found. Total bummer.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times, even have a saved«preference». Well, I have to rethink the whole idea behind this company’s ideas of WHAT a sandwich IS… Today I ordered a Philly CHEESE Steak with jalapeño’s added. A «normal» PCS has as much cheese as steak, grilled onions, mayo, and in some cases mushrooms. Get home to find I have a Philly Steak sandwich, no cheese, no onions, no mayo, but ESPECIALLY no cheese. At their prices, I didn’t know hoarding cheese from customers was a business«success» plan… If you order to go, better CHECK what’s in the wrapper BEFORE you get home. I’d rank Subway ABOVE this, and Penn Station even higher.

Delicious!!! The cheddar beef brisket melts like butter. Great quality and portion for the price.

Delicious! Sandwiches came out hot and fast! They got delivered to the table. Workers were helpful and attentive. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

Good subs, more like Quizno’s than Subway … The price is higher than Subway, but the quality is also marginally better than Subway. My favorite is NY steamer and custom soda machine is kinda cool. The bread was fresh and the meats were good quality. The place could be tad cleaner and the display of hot sauce bottles may elicit conversation, but they were badly in need of wipe-down as every single bottle was grimy, dirty.

I only go here once or twice a year because my in-laws seem to love here. Otherwise it’s way overpriced for mediocre tasting subs. Floors, tables and restrooms are always dirty. Kids menu is lacking. Straws/napkins area always seems picked over.

I’ve had them twice(Club Sub fully involved both times) and prefer them to Subways and Quiznos. They also have the neat Coca-Cola Freestyle machine.

Great Subs — had large BBQ Brisket & Cheddar very good. Service was fast and efficient could have been friendlier overall very good and head and shoulders above other chain sub shops.

My dad brought home a beef brisket sub for me one night, it was delicious! I’ve never been inside a Firehouse before, but now I want another sub!

Definitely better than subway, or any other sub place. Good meaty subs.

Worst subs I have ever had. Tried it twice to make sure that the first time was not me and the second time was even worse. The service was also very poor. I will spend my money in any other sub shop before I try this one again.

Overpriced. The subs are decent but they don’t have fries and the portions are very small for the price. The bread is really good though. I won’t be back. I’ll stick to Penn Station.

We went there for the first time over the past weekend. The service was lousy, they got our order wrong twice, the first time let us handle the food before they took it back and said it was not ours. Since we had never been there before, we didn’t know it was not our order There was one guy behind the counter that was good and explained things since we had never been there, but then the guy who took our order, charged us for a combo and then let us get water. After we looked at our ticket, we decided to get the drink and chips that the order taker didn’t bother to tell us about. They come across as rude and lazy. Subs were ok, but the chili was AWFUL. Watery, no meat or beans and a piece of chees sitting on the top. Better come up with something there or it will be oob. Too much good competition out there to waste your time on this poor establishment.

I had heard amazing things about Firehouse subs, but I was unimpressed. Its just a run of the mill sub shop. I came at lunch so it was very busy. I understand that, but the guy taking my order was so rushed he came across as rude. Both orders on our tab were messed up.

Subs that aren’t super huge, but have tons of meat and good toppings. The New York Steamer is awesome, even though it makes me giggle.
