My office has been ordering from this location and receiving deliveries for over 2 years and now we are being told no more deliveries. We are less than 2 miles from their location — if you don’t deliver to a business within a 2 mile radius, then WHERE do you deliver? Very disappointing since I love the subs and the service was always fast.

Food is really good but i was nearly hit by a driver because he ran a stop sign while I was crossing the street on Mall Dr. It was made worse because it was snowing so one would think that drivers would be a little more cautious in unfamiliar conditions… nope! Nearly being struck by a car really puts a damper on your opinion of a company.

Love JJ’s but poor cashier at this location. Didn’t say «hello» or «how can I help you» I had to ask if he was open before I ordered. After I ordered he looked down and played with the stapler, I want to be this high…

Smallish sandwiches, skimpy on the meats …
I’ve only ordered delivery for staff lunch meetings. The ingredients seem fresh and the deliveries are prompt. The cost is reasonable but the sandwiches are rather small compared to the competition and the meat is also skimpy as well.

Overpriced and you get almost no food. Three of us ordered at work and it came out to over $ 30 after the tip for 3 sandwiches and pickles! They charge a delivery fee per item and it cost us $ 6 to have them deliver across the street. On top of that my sandwich was almost nothing but lettuce with only one piece of meat and cheese on it. I’ll never order from here again.

GROSSNESS! Sucks too because I used to eat at JJ’s all the time in NC! This one — not good. I ordered the big porker sandwich — bacon was cold and appeared uncooked, ham was a big slab (not laid on there deli meat style like it should be), bread was crumbly and stale. Had to throw it out! Money wasted! Won’t return.

Service… awesome. ingredients… super fresh. For that they get 2 stars and that’s about it. I don’t think its possible to put less meat on their sandwiches though. All veggie filler. Great if youre vegetarian. Give me wawa’s instead.

Love the JJ’s staff at this location. Sub was ready before I got my card back from the cashier. No complaints.
