Excellent customer service, excellent system. Surprisingly easy to install. It comes in the mail in a box with easy-​to-​follow directions and you simply call to get it working after you prep your locations and such. Great connection to clients, completely wireless, and you can even check remotely online and add all the components you want with no increase in the monthly fee. They’re supposedly the best in the nation, and I can see why. If you’re looking for a security system, definitely check this company out.

I love that Frontpoint is an easy self-​install, wireless setup. Did not require anyone to come out and install, which saved money. It is also portable so I can take it with me whenever I move and just call to update address! Only reason didn’t give it a 5th star is due to the bulky, unattractive control panel. Wish they offered a slimmer, touch screen style like my friends have with ADT. Great customer service with extremely friendly staff.
