Dr. Shan saved my family’s vacation! After flying into Richmond from Dallas for a 10-​day trip, I began feeling what turned out to be a tooth infection.
Glenside is one of very few dentists in the area that offer Saturday hours. I found them on Google and they graciously agreed to see me, even though they knew I would not be a regular patient.
After Xrays and a thorough examination, Dr. Shan explained that I needed a root canal and should plan to do that at our destination in Blacksburg. She prescribed appropriate antibiotics and pain meds, and gave me everything I needed to hand to the dentist that will do the actual procedure — including digital Xrays to my email inbox.
Everyone at Glenside was wonderful to me, including the receptionist who handled my insurance and the Technician who took my Xrays. Highly recommended!
