DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! incompetent!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. I’ve had a total of 4 appointments in the last couple months to meet them to refill the termite in-​ground baits. Each time I take my vacation hours to take off work. Each time they DO NOT SHOW UP, they also DO NOT CALL. The last time I even called in the morning of the appointment to confirm they will be there. They still didn’t show up. I called later that day and they said something came up they will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came they still didn’t show. Still no phone call. I paid $ 300 for this contract over a month ago and have 4 no shows!!! I have used vacation hours!!! I’m very upset about this horrible company!. I want my money back. I will go with another pest control and never use these incompetent people again. I even talked to a manger after 2 no shows and he acted as if it wasn’t that big of a deal. I’ve put a call in and I hope I can get money back!!! They haven’t done what I’ve paid them to do!!!
