I am torn between 3 or 4 stars… So 3.5? These guys are fairly new and therefore have very reasonable prices. We got our entire kitchen done for under 2k which I was a bit surprised on. I think they could use some work on their communication and professionalism but once they iron out those details they could become a leader in the market. Need to work out a process from finish to end. For instance, we were told at the last minute we needed a bracket for our island. (Why wouldn’t they supply items required to make their productive effective?) As a first time homeowner, I had no idea what they were talking about and if I should in fact get one or two. After spending two hours walking around Lowes and Home Depot (the employees had no idea either) the night before installation we returned with some shelving supports but the installers informed me they weren’t sure I needed. They ended up using two and I returned everything else but after researching it looked like you can get more decorative brackets online (which I would have preferred if I had more time). Additionally, the island granite was placed differently than previously discussed, but I liked it so I’m good with. I also never received any sort of of receipt or proof of payment as I was told I would. Just felt like there was a tremendous gap on communication between me, the manager and the installers at all times. As previously mentioned, I’m a needy first time home owner, so maybe I just need a bit more hand holding. :) All in all it looks amazing and was a good price, so I’m happy!
PS– Also they don’t take credit cards. Huge bummer if you like to earn points on large purchases like I do!
So the verdict. If you’re on a budget please call them. The end product is totally worth it!!!
