Best Tile of Richmond

Terrific customer service! I walked in and some employees were helping customers so I started browsing. There was a woman at the desk who was working on something on the computer, but she seemed to have that sixth sense that I would like some help and came to my rescue. She show me around the store, spent about a half an hour explaining different tiles in detail. I will be back!

Very disappointed with the customer service today. I spent almost ½ hour in the store and not a single employee approached me to offer any can of assistance. They did not greet me nor did they acknowledge me in any way. I will not be back.

Great tile store, friendly knowledgeable staff. Much higher quality than other discounted tile resellers. They specialize in tile for kitchens, bathrooms and offer an extremely wide range of products. we were impressed by the staff’s willingness to help novices like ourselves. We chose tile for 3 bathrooms that were completely gutted and we are so happy with the results. They were great if we needed more or less boxes of tile and if they had to order products, they shipping was extremely fast. We will go back to Best Tile for our kitchen back splash.
