If you like rubbing elbows with intoxicated hillbillies this is your place food is ok but atmosphere is like a 1970’s sitcom

I don’t have any complaints. I love coming to Hooters for food and drinks! I’ve yet to ever have bad service or bad food. The establishment is clean. The servers all seem happy to be there. Can’t beat the buffalo shrimp with an amaretto sour! I eat here at least once a week and will certainly be spending a lot of time in there for college basketball!!!

Not been to any other Hooter’s but as a restaurant the service is decent and the food was decent.

If I could rate this with negative stars, I would. Service was awful. It’s not enough to just look good when you’re a tired traveler who had a long and bad day. Although the server’s attitude was rude, I can’t blame her for the food preparation. Wings were sloppy. Remember to specifically ask for the dressing, because they won’t offer it. Quesadilla was awful. I asked for chicken but got some odd combination of beef and poultry in it. I asked(and paid the extra charge for) guacamole. The guacamole portion was literally about the size of a teaspoon which looked pretty pathetic when flanked with a pile of browning warm lettuce and a ton of sour cream. If you want to be treated like you’re a pest, then this is the place for you. Don’t worry, because they wont bother to clear your table or provide you with utensils unless you pester them for such hospitality. Sorry I bothered you with my visit, Hooters Richmond, KY. I wish you the best, but I won’t be part of it… Wouldn’t want to burden you with my patronage anymore.

The food is good, the only bad thing is that they put a pickle on most every dish. Not bad prices, most of the waitresses are nice and knowledgeable, so I guess Richmond has better restaurants than most of the other places.
