I really expected a lot from this place. I expected the residents to be business people. I was mistaken. The residents here stay an average of 16MONTHS and are very low quality people. I walked by one woman in the hallway that told me «good morning» at 6pm at night. She was clearly on drugs. Hallways wreak of smoke. Manager is knowledgable but also unfriendly at the same time. They don’t give you new linens when they clean your room. They will take away a small amount of garbage every week(only what fits in a REALLY small garbage can). You have to take the rest to the dumpster yourself. The place was EXTREMELY noisy and I heard the person above me walking around ALL of the time. Studio rooms are small for long-term living. I stayed 1 week and was out of there. IMHO, you’re better off paying a little bit more and staying at a Motel 6.

The perfect place to crash when you can’t afford a decent hotel. The broken fixtures add a dash of excitement: your mind will be filled with wonder about whether tonight is the night that the argument in the hallway will finally spill into your room because the door isn’t hung properly. Awaken your scientific side as you try to determine the origins of the stains on the walls. Practice your debate skills when the staff tells you that it’s probably your own fault when you can’t connect to the wifi again. Enjoy the atmosphere as you breathe deeply of the aroma of cigarettes everywhere inside the building. Free entertainment options abound when the management and maintenance staff get into heated swearing matches in the public areas. Did you book your reservation online? Over the phone? In person? Experience the thrill of not getting what you asked for because those are separate booking systems that don’t talk to each other. Stop by today and learn the true meaning of, «you get what you pay for.»
