I have purchased glasses for years at this location and always had great experience. The current manager wanted to charge me more than initially quoted. I walked out. The assistant called to inform me the cost would be what she initially informed me. From that point on the manager was rude, worst service I ever had. I paid for two pairs of glasses. The frame that came was not what I paid for, the second pair I had to take off to read. When I went to pick the glasses up the manager was rude so I finally told her I was going to post on internet how abusive and rude she was. She told me to leave then proceeded to call security. This was so unnecessary. She should be replaced as she gives JC Penny a bad name. I will never go there as long as she is there and she has lost business from my family and friends.
