Quick decent personnel, but wow 25% higher then dealer… This is what happens when daughter waits till last minute.

I like Jiffy Lube. I really do. It’s quick; we’ve never waited for more than 30 minutes to get an oil change. The prices are decent. Sure, they’re more than what you’d pay at say, Walmart, but you get what you pay for. They always do a great job. I’ve never had a tire fly off the car or anything after leaving (which has happened with other places).
My only beef is that recently, it seems they every time we go, they’ve started trying to sell us more services or products than what we came for. They didn’t used to do that. Maybe times are hard, or something, but it rubs me the wrong way.
Otherwise, they do an excellent job and are always very nice folks to work with.

I usually prefer to use locally owned businesses, but everyone here is always really nice and helpful. Services are quick and I’ve never had to wait to get my oil changed.

I admit that I prefer to go through my auto dealer if I’m getting any maintenance done to my car. But sometimes it may take several days to get an appointment lined up. With Jiffy Lube, you don’t even need to call to make an appointment. I visited a few days ago for an oil change and to get a headlight replaced, and I didn’t even have to wait. I stepped out for a quick lunch and was back within 30 minutes and found they were already completely done.
They also said that if I scheduled an appointment to get my brake pads replaced they’d knock $ 100 off that price as well. Can’t beat that!
