The pizza tasted ok, however when I spent $ 45 on 46 slices of pizza to try and feed 8 people I expected more than a regular size large and a regular size small. I spent $ 50 on 3 party trays for an event 2 months ago that fed 50 guests. This wouldn’t feed 3 teenagers. I expected a substantial amount more for the outrageous price. The«slices» as they call them are literally just a bite. I am beyond disappointed. The only consolation is that I am a traveler and won’t have to eat here again.

Best breadsticks ever. They cut their pizzas into squares and it’s always yummy. I’m glad they still use the phones at the table to place orders and the waitresses have always been friendly and super helpful. Don’t miss out on their cookies either, as the buffalo chip is great!

BESTPIZZAINTHEWORLD!!! I grew up with Pizza King and now that I live no where near one, I cannot get enough when I come into town! I always start with the breadsticks with cheese, then move on to the Royal Feast or the Meat Feast or a BBQ, ham, mushroom pizza. Always so hard to decide! The service is friendly. The drink selection is limited but enough to get by. I just can’t get enough f the pizza and breadsticks!!! PS. I think the pizza is even better reheated in the oven the next day!

Each Pizza King is a little bit different, even when it comes to how the pizza is cooked(very slightly though). This is the place where I first experienced the mini-chopped toppings, half-baked breadsticks, and phone ordering style that is Pizza King, and it will always be my favorite when it comes to the joy of Pizza King!

It’s all about the coupons. It’s rare that I order from Pizza King without coupons and I’ve ordered from this one 50 or so times in the past 3 years, although my history with Mr. Pizza/Pizza King dates back to the 1960s. This location is closest to my house(and was closest to my parents’ house). They offer everything in a more straightforward package than Clara’s does. I was thinking that this was the first new location for Mr. Pizza/Pizza King when Dunkin’ Donuts(and Lawson’s?) left Richmond. They do a good job getting the food to you. The dining room is nothing special but there are a number of booths and tables available. I don’t think it’s all that good if you’re in a wheelchair but many restaurants make that more difficult than it should be. The food is always well prepared and I find it’s better to splurge and get the Royal Feast pizzas or the original submarine sandwiches. To me, they’re a step behind Cassano’s but that company hasn’t been here for a while. Both companies use good ingredients and never make me think twice about what they’re using. As I wrote earlier, I use coupons extensively. I think their regular prices are too high. It’s not as though they overload the pizzas with ingredients. However, in Richmond, Pizza King is the best bet for pizza. I buy Little Caesar’s pizza because it’s good for the price, but I buy Pizza King pizza because of the taste. Any place else in Richmond? Forget it.

Pizza King is probably my 2nd favorite pizza spot in town. Mercurio’s is my first. And if you haven’t tried Mercurio’s, you simply must. I have to say my favorite pizza king in town is Clara’s, but this one has fast & friendly service. I never have to worry about coming back late from my lunch break when I visit here.

Best breadsticks in town. Atmosphere is nice but the décor is way old school. Pizza is really good too. All in all what you would expect nothing mindblowing just good food.

Pizza King came highly recommended from Pete’s Corner Café in the old depot section of downtown Richmond IN. We ordered it on a somewhat famished late night after a long day of dog showing. What a great pie! Flat crust, like we like it(like a New York cracker crust), nicely light on their homemade sauce, also NY style(we were told the recipe comes from the owner’s family in Sicily), and easy on the cheese. The bacon and the pepperoni were ground style and nicely spicy, the vegetables were cut in a small dice and the pizza itself was cut in squares, which always makes it easier to control how much you eat! It was a perfect and yummy way to end a day of winning a top award with my pup. He liked the pizza, too! And he can be a bit of a food snob… Very close to Motel 6 and other motels.
