Stock butchers give great advice on preparing their beautiful cuts. Don’t hesitate getting the «cheaper» cut. Just ask them how to prepare it. We did and it was as good as any «prime» cut we’ve had anywhere.
Oh. and get the «chicken and waffle» sausage!

We go all the time. The ham and sausage are to die for as well as the pâté and head cheese. Always fits!
