The receptionist was friendly and explained how John James manages his routes. I called at 7 Friday night and he was out there at 11:45 the next morning. He was unable to get the part that day, being that it was not in stock, but quoted me the price for when he got it and would install it. He was flexible with the deposit amount and was out of there in about 30 minutes, after explaining how I could use dry ice in the meantime to save my food. The part came in on Tuesday, as expected. I had to call them that afternoon when I had not received a call to let me know the part was available. John James got to my house within an hour(?), got the part installed. A new error had in the meantime shown up on our fridge. He let my husband know what that would be if the part we just got didn’t fix it. He also showed him where on the fridge we could find the error key for future reference so that we don’t have to scour the world wide web. My husband paid with credit card and was charged exactly what we were quoted and John James was out in a jiffy! I’ve never had appliance repair so I can’t rate the cost, but the convenience and service far exceeded my expectations, the only exception being if I was called to confirm that the part was in and see when would be a good time to come back out.
