Friendly service, but the plumber was late both times. The 2^nd trip was required due to the repaired pipe still leaking after it was repaired during the 1^st trip.

I have used them for my 3 rentals as well as my house for 14 years and I love them. Honest, up to date professionally. They are as good as it gets. The owners will respond personally any time you need them. They do electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing. They are not cheap but well worth it, so I can rest easy!

Kelleher worked with me on a renovation I did to a large C1926 colonial revival home in the Laburnum Park neighborhood. The house needed a brand new system and all new vent and duct work installed.
Two new HVAC heat pumps were installed to the rear of the home in a niche to keep the noise level low. They went the extra mile to make sure the sound coming from the units was quiet and put them on a damped concrete pad, nice work.
Because the house had only radiator heat previously, we decided to keep it as a back up system and install heat strips in the new HVAC system. This would provide less expensive electric heat when temperatures were moderate and the gas heat would fire up when it dropped below 32 degrees.
Next, they expertly situated and installed the two air handlers. One in a utility room in the basement and the other tucked away in the corner of the walk up attic. They worked very hard to make the installation as unobtrusive as possible and we were able to minimize the robbing of storage space by doing adequate placement planning ahead of time.
The job was done in just 3 days. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend this family owned Richmond business to anyone looking for professional service.
