My brother and I come to the KFC on Jeff Davis 9:40pm only to be told they didnt have anything but chicken, sides, and beverages and that they would give double sides with the $ 5 fill ups requested, we get the food, and pull off, go down the road a ways and decide to check. No cookies, no sides, we had just paid $ 15 for 5 pieces of chicken and 2 drinks. So my bro drives back wanting a refund, pull to the side of the drive thru not thinking we would have to wait for a refund. So my bro tells the guy at the window about the cookies, he tries to give us a cake, lol. We want our refund, they tell us we have to wait in the drive thru line. So my bro waits in the line keeping his patience, and finally get to the drive thru window and get the refund. Needless to say it was a very unpleasant experience to say the least. Proud of my brother for keeping a level head.

Bad service, Mede us wait for 20 minutes along with 4 more vehicles at 9 pm he told us 9 minute wait. Value meal forgot the soda. Napkins well everything not even a spoon for the mash potatoes… I guess… That’s the best management can do? just a worts service I’ve ever experienced!
