High quality selection of yarn and supplies. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Employees try to help customers with their questions, even when some are involved knitting problems. Nice class offerings, and classes are not too big. Its also nice that they are open Sundays, too

Always friendly and willing to help with any problem or project. They have a yummy selection of updated yarns in delicious colors and interesting patterns. Also, the Knitting B has a wide selection of accessories and they are willing to special order for you. They are my «go to» yarn shop for all of my knitting and crocheting needs.

I am visiting here from New Jersey while my daughter is fencing in the Junior Olympics! What a fabulous store! A real gem! They were so helpful, positive, upbeat, passionate about knitting and so gracious! And the store has so much beautiful yarn, perfectly organized, with a big round table surrounded by laughing women enjoying each other and their knitting projects accompanied by the owner! The whole feeling of the store was warm and inviting! FANTASTIC PLACE! RUN DON’T WALK! And enjoy!!!

I decided to drop back by this store out of an emergency need to a yarn and trying The Knitting Basket coming up empty handed. I was pleased to see in the 7 months since I last visit, the store has actually grown and «filled out» with more yarn selection and things to see. Some things have changed since I initially placed my review (which it seems people thought was me having a bad day but whatever.) The staff still use Square for credit card processing but now transactions are quick and painless after practice. There were actually customers in the store when I came in this time, which was nice considering before I was only in the shop with the owner and her friend or employees. Sandy was a great help and extremely lovely during my quick pop in.
I’ll admit that I’m still not crazy about the hours, but as a young professional I think that is going to be the main sticking point for me in an otherwise positive experience this time around.

Went to Knitting B yesterday and it was great! Very friendly and helpful folks. Lovely yarn and the samples were beautiful. Couldn’t decide what to buy. Easy to find, great lunch at restaurant near by, and no trouble parking. Not sure where earlier reviewer Michelle went but this shop wasn’t what she portrayed.
