We came here for lunch on Valentine’s Day. Made reservations thinking it was going to be packed but only four tables or so were used. Service was good but the food was definitely below expectations especially we were suggested this place by multiple friends. Maybe it was because it was a special v-day menu? They had chocolate pasta which was weird. My boyfriend got the steak, big slab but it was low quality meat. Overall, too pricy for low quality eating.

What a pleasant surprise this place was! My friend and I were leaving Regency Square Mall and wanted to grab a bite to eat. I went to Unilocal to see what was close by, and this place was less than a mile away and got good reviews, so we decided to try it, and I’m so glad we did! At first we were a little thrown off because there was no one in the dining area, but the waiter told us their dinner crowd usually didn’t start until 5 or 6(it was around 4 when we arrived). No worries, that meant we got the most attentive service :) I ordered a glass of Pino which was perfectly fine. We skipped appetizers and instead got salads. He got a Caesar salad which he said was great while I got the mixed fields greens salad, which was fresh and delicious. They brought us fresh, warm bread which complemented the salads well. For the main dishes, I got one of their special which was shrimp, crab and mussels mixed with fettuccine in a wine cream sauce. OMG I wanted to lick the plate! This should really be on their main menu but I’m glad I got to try it. He had a salmon and penne pasta dish which he really enjoyed. And the prices weren’t bad either! Two entrees, two salads and a glass of wine was under $ 60. Can’t beat it. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Hidden gem! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of the ambiance… It’s lacking that extra special touch. The service was fantastic though and the food was delicious. Everyone working was so polite and friendly, the manager stopped by our table to check on everything and he was lovely. They also have a good wine selection for half-price on Wednesdays(bottles). We will definitely return!

This place was fantastic! Was here for my birthday and everything was delicious, from the appetizers to dinner and dessert! Doug the waiter was great and very personable. Will definitely be returning to this new go to neighborhood Italian restaurant! Two thumbs up.

We have had a wonderful experience this evening! The menu is extensive and very well planned out. Thoughtful ingredients and well presented. We had the calamari appetizer served with marinara which was delicious. The calamari were not too heavily breaded or over cooked and the marinara is to DIE for! My husband had a clam, mussel, shrimp and calamari risotto which was fantastic. I had the shrimp scampi spaghetti which was light yet flavorful. We finished off with the chocolate crème brûlée which was also amazing. The server was very attentive and the atmosphere is nice. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family!

The food is ok, and the ambiance is quite nice, but there is much better Italian food to be had in the nearby area, in my opinion.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It’s hardly ever crowded so I encourage diners to give it a try so it won’t go out of business. It’s in the same shopping center with Melitos. They have half off bottles of wine on Wednesdays and it is primo wine. My favorite entrée is the grilled swordfish with the black olive sauce. You can select one of three toppings or sauces with the fish entrees. My husband ordered the filet mignon last time and it was so tender he could cut it with a butter knife. Since you get two sides with most entrees as well as bread and butter for the table, the prices are quite reasonable. Pesce & Vino is also a very friendly restaurant. We’ve been there twice and each time we’ve been greeted enthusiastically not only by the hostess/waitress but also by the bartender. The place just has a very happy vibe.

I went to Pesce and Vino during Restaurant Week. I’m not sure if it was a bad day/night/week, but the food was god awful. My chicken piccata was not the delicious salty dish it should be, but rather was some dirty water with a poached piece of chicken. The girlfriend had a crab dish with prosciutto and it was almost inedible. Dessert was nothing to write home about either. Also — the waitstaff take orders on an iphone. They can’t find the items, and it takes quite a while. I found it unprofessional and it ruined the atmosphere to have your waitress scrolling through her iphone menu. Overall, the food was flavorless and bland. I see no reason to go back.

Walked in here about 7:30 on a Wednesday night and there is not one guest seated or anywhere in the joint. Worries me a little especially since it’s a seafood type place. In fact, nobody came in the entire time I was there. Regardless, service was good, the place is nicely decorated with good parking. I started with a spicy sauteed shrimp appetizer in a tangy marinara over toast which was OK. Then had the Spaghetti allo Scoglio which is spaghetti with marinara and seafood which had clams, mussels, calamari and shrimp and that was actually very good. If I am in this area again, I’d go back and try something different.

Best part was the bacon wrapped scallops. Two orders of the appetizer would be perfect for a meal with a salad. Cannelloni stuffed with seafood was delicate and tasty. Stuffed calamari got 4.5 stars. Wife would not share so I know it was good. Salmon, broiled, got a fair review. Eggplant parmigiana was good with large medallions lightly fried. The marinara sauce was outstanding but i asked for bolognese. Service overall was the reason what should have been four stars was two. Katherine the Waitress is overbearing and uses 20 words when two will do. Ruined what should have been an intimate dinner for four celebrating 31st anniversary. What waitress at an Italian restaurant confuses marinara sauce with bolognese? That is unacceptable. At most restaurants of this caliber, the chef or front of the house manager will drop by a table. Not tonight. I had no opportunity to have any issues corrected. Will be a long time before I try them again.

Decent service, bad food. I had the eggplant parmigiana with garlic and oil spaghetti on the side. The eggplant was ok, but it was covered in too much cheese, and the cheese wasn’t browned. The spaghetti had no garlic, and I poured almost a cup of oil out of the bowl. It tasted like a disgusting mouth full of oil. My fiancé had the New York strip– he ordered it medium, and it came out raw. Not rare, raw. The waitress took it back to the kitchen and brought it back to us within a few minutes. It was still raw, so he ate around the edges and ate the bland sides it came with. At $ 70, the dinner was not worth it and we’ll never be back.

DH and I were on our way to another restaurant, which was thwarted and we remembered that Pesce & Vino was nearby and decided to give it a try. We were both very glad we did. Small and intimate with a nice modern vibe, this place was a very nice surprise for both the eyes and the tastebuds. We started off with an order of calamari(one of my very favorite things), which was lightly fried to perfection and came with a nice marinara sauce sauce for dipping. Then came the caesar salads. Well-made, very creamy dressing. Very delicious. For our entrees, I chose the salmon special, which came stuffed with crabmeat and drizzled with a lovely a lemony-caper sauce. DH chose the Linguini di Parma. It came tossed with arugula, giving the dish a nice peppery finish. DH proclaimed it to be one of the best pasta dishes he had ever had. We enjoyed excellent service, attentive and helpful. The owner even came over to ask how the evening was. Nice touch. I am delighted to have such nice place so close by. DH and I will certainly be stopping by again.

New Years Eve dinner last minute reservation, was available. Service was attentive, no issues there. The P & V Fritto Misto appetizer was overly tempura breaded and greasy. Do not recommend. The bread was awesome, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I had the Chicken Parm, I liked the marinara sauce with the spaghetti, while it had large chunks of Garlic in it, it could have used more garlic flavor but the breading on the chicken was spot on. The Lobster ravioli got a thumbs up from other half. Wine list was average for someplace with the word Vino in the name. Not really on my recommend list since we have tons of italian in the area but if you are in the neighborhood, its a solid ok.
