Have been using Kroger Pharmacy for 10 years located on Wirt but a year ago moved and switched to this pharmacy. Not sure if these are contractors but for 12 months either the drugs were dispensed with wrong information, staff is never the same person twice. Half of the time a common drug that I need and have filled every 90 days has to be ordered from another Kroger and a 3 day wait. Recently I sat in line for 45 minutes while the weekend contract help filled the prescription although they had called me and told me it was ready. Stated the wrong name, wrong RX for one of the prescriptions and then told me that they had my prescription 5 days ago but I failed to pick it up, told her I had no car, she stated that too bad they had sent my prescription back. Was not allowed to speak with the pharmacist and was told to come back the following day. The credit card receipt flew out the window I stopped the car and chased it down, the tech asked me why and I replied I always pay for what I buy, she was dumbfounded. Neither Tara or Ashley, the two pharmacists were working that day. Went back the following day the same tech told me she could see where my RX was never in the system and they had lost it. Another family member had a prescription called in 5 days previous and was called to say it was ready, when he returned to town it had not been filled, they told him to shop for 30 minutes and they would call him. They did call him in the store and said they would have to order it, he said he would take his RX to another pharmacy. After a year of long suffering I did speak to the general manager, Keith who stated he did not know who the pharmacist was but he would get the assistant pharmacist to call me the following day, and she did, she said they had lost my prescription and it was filled and ready to be picked up. Had been told that they did not have my loyalty number but she stated yes that they did have it in the system. Obviously there is some real need for improvement.
