Unfortunatley I have to give this place 1 star. If I could I would give it zero stars. I hate to be so brash, but I was extremely offended by the manager who was on duty. He spoke very rudely to the customers and to his employees. Not only that but with foul language too, like a**, and spoke of a women who was showing«cleavage», and she CLEARLY heard him. I don’t normally do these things, but when I called the next day no one would talk to me. I am very disappointed and very much disgusted. I will be taking my Business elsewhere!

The Starbucks stands out more than the Kroger does. I suppose that was by design. I’m not a huge fan of their produce, but everything else is pretty Kroger accurate. Pros: + Good variety of products + Good location + Decent wine selections + «Healthy» food section + Starbucks + Clean Cons: — Produce — Self-checkout is a nightmare(scanners never scan correctly) — Staff could be more helpful — Starbucks lines get long in a quaint space — Not a «Signature» location — The frozen section feels really far Their location is convenient and they have everything you’ll need to survive. Aside from the Starbucks, everything else is pretty basic. It’s Kroger ladies and gentleman. Wheel not reinvented.

Worse customer service and manager there is horrible. Last night we went to buy sodas for a birthday party. The sales said you just buy 5 to get the $ 5 for 5 deal. Since we had so many kids come over we wanted to by 20 bottles. There was no limit sign or anything. The manager got upset at us for buying sodas. And was very rude. We explained that we checked to make sure that there was no special restrictions. This is is the worse krogers I avoid it as much as I can and I rather drive a little further to HEB rather then deal with these awful people!

It’s ok, although hours are limited. Produce is ok, but the meat and fish sections leave much to be desired.

Absolutely the worst produce anywhere. Tomatoes I bought today were literally rotten inside. Avocados were inedible. I’ll never go back. * Called the evening«manager» to complain. His response was«how are we supposed to know what something looks like on the inside». Pathetic customer service. Going back to HEB.

As I have mentioned, this is right around the corner from where we live and a very convenient option versus Walmart. The produce is good and we pick up dairy here too. Yesterday we got our milk and bananas for the Shiva temple worship.

I’m a fan because this Kroger is the grocery store located closest to where i live. Shopping with the Kroger card helps you stretch your food dollars. Store is clean and organized with good variety of grocery and food items. I like the bakery section. Apple and Cherry Streusel Pies are good, and i also like the filled donuts :) The kroger-brand items are of quality, too! Try their salad dressings, most of which are very good just like the Ken’s and Kraft Foods brands.

This pharmacy is terrible. Twice I’ve gone here. First time they said, «sorry can’t sell you Sudafed.» Second time: «I’m already busy with 3 scripts, you’ll have to wait 20 mins if you want Claritin-D»(Note there is no one waiting at the counter except me).

This is OUR Krogers… it was an Albertson’s when we moved to Sugar Land and we have always shopped here. There are other stores, yet the people here make the difference! I would rate it a 5 star, but it seems the manager isn’t concerned about crowding the isles. Our insurance program changed and it was cheaper for us to go to another pharmacy; we did… and PROMPTLY changed back because of the personal attention given by Carol and Rashmi at Krogers. Floria at the service desk is the best, and Rick in the meat dept is outstanding, he helps us with any special requests. They also carry organic veggies and a large selection of specialty foods.

A typical Kroger… we shop here because it’s close. The one thing that stand out at this Kroger is their Pharmacist. Carol the pharmacist is great. I really like her. She’s friendly and always helpful! Customer service goes a long way when choosing a place I plan to frequent over and over, and Carol is good at customer service. The Kroger also has lots of parking. I hate when you go to a store and you have to park really far out! They also have a Starbucks, which serves great hot chocolate! Yum!
