Worst customer service ever! I don’t live too far away from this location and tried calling them but was put on hold for way too long so I just decided to place my order in person because I was cool with waiting for a bit(also Kroger is right next to it and I figured I could pick up some groceries). I get in and the guy told me carry-out is closed and they are open for delivery only… which is ridiculous cuz I came over 2 hours before they close! So I ask him if he could deliver it to my car outside(trying to indicate how dumb they sound about the whole delivery thing) and he said they could technically do that but I would have to pay for their delivery fee. I don’t mind spending a couple of extra dollars but it’s about the principle. I called Dominos down the street and decided to pick up from there. Why support a store with such terrible business practices?

I ordered and paid for two pizzas and one was burnt so much that I threw in the garbage bin! So, it means that I paid double for one pizza, disappointed!!!

They made an error on my last order and the Manager said I was entitled to a free pizza. So I called in the freebie and they were so nice and great about it. Spoke to the Manager and she was a doll. This order was spot on. Great job guys!

This place is awful. Despite the fact that it’s very close to me, after a couple bad experiences I started driving 15 minutes to go to another location. I was in a hurry tonight and figured the may have new management by now and, surely, fixed their problems. I was wrong. The pizza I got was obviously made with absolutely no concern for the end result. The toppings were obviously just thrown on, with some slices having no topping at all and other slices having all the toppings piled in one place. I don’t understand how Pappa Johns, which is capable of making a good product, allows a location like this to continue to exist and damage their reputation.

Called and placed an order for delivery and they didn’t bring it. After an hour I called them and they said pizza had been sitting for 15 minutes waiting when I reminded them I wanted delivery. Now 2 hours later no pizza still not ordering from here again going to Pizza Hut.

Not happy. I buy a pizza here every week or two, but I can’t afford the hassle to come here anymore. Tonight, I ordered one pizza, showed up at the estimated time of completion, and I’m told it wasn’t ready yet. So, they take my money, and tell me to wait. I wait, and wait, and wait. 40 minutes later, I ask when my pizza will be ready and what do you know… it’s been sitting on the shelf waiting for me. Now, I don’t know if it was there the whole time, or if it was put out there without anyone notifying me. But I stood in that store the entire time. What’s, worse, I ordered square cut as I always do, and it was cut in standard triangles. They have messed this up a few other times. It’s frustrating. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone to pick up a pizza and had to wait like this. Another time they said there was a problem with their online ordering system and they never even got my order. So I had to wait for them to make a pizza from scratch, which took 30 minutes! I asked for my money back for having to wait so long. Of course they wouldn’t do that. There should be a money back time guarantee just to get these guys motivated to produce in a timely fashion!

Called around 7:05 for a carry-out order, they told me it’ll be ready in 15 – 20 mins. I got there a little early, so I decided to pick up a few things at Kroger. Walked over to Papa Johns by 7:30. They told me they were still waiting for the cheese sticks… I stood over to the side, and I literally watched the MANAGER make them right in front of me. When i realized this, I brought it to their attention, and he made it seem like it wasn’t his fault and theres nothing he could do. Got my SMALL pizza and cheese sticks a 7:50. So much for«it’ll be ready in 15 – 20 mins»

First time I ordered 2 largest and a cherry Pepsi. I open the pizzas and all the toppings were stuck to the top also I got a strawberry soda instead of what I ordered. the delivery person tried so hard to fix the issue but damage was already done… this time my all meats pizza was made with bbq sauce instead of marinara. needless to say this is my last time ordering from papa John’s…

WHATCHANGED?! Something has changed at this location… for the BETTER! I ordered on Dec 23. The pizza came in approx 30 min and was better in every way. Cooked perfectly, ingredients chopped nicer, looked better, crust was back to what you’d expect from Papa Johns. Everything was better. I thought it was a fluke, so I ordered again today Jan 4 — Again, the pizza you’d want and expect from Papa Johns in approx 30 minutes. Did they fire the old manager, hire a new one, new store employees??? Who knows! All I know is that this location seems to have turned itself around. I thought it deserved an upgraded review!

So I was out running errands and my last stop before pizza was the Chase bank, which is right in the same parking lot as the Papa John’s. I decided to call on my way out of the bank to at least get the order started while I drive over. They answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. I drove over to the papa johns and parked right in front. Walked in the door(still on hold) and there’s nobody on the phone or answering the phones at all! They just put me on hold and went to the back! I’m calling Papa! I’m still sitting in the lobby waiting for my pizza so I can’t comment yet on that… It better be good.

The delivery driver came and waited less than 3 minutes before leaving so I had to drive to this location to pick up my order on a 30 minute lunch break. The cashier was very friendly once I arrived and assisted.

We’ve always had good pizza from this location until tonight. It arrived a almost an hour after the order was placed and was delivered by a nice enough guy. However, after he left and we opened the box, the topping had slid. No biggie. But when I reached in to pick up a piece it was COMPLETELY soggy and falling apart underneath. Absolutely disgusting… I immediately tried calling the store to tell them about this, but the boy who kept answering the phone refused to talk at all. He just kept putting me on hold. I finally got to the young lady who originally took my order and she is sending over another pizza that will hopefully meet the baseline standards of delivery pizza.

What is wrong with this Papa John’s! A month ago, I called to see if they had any specials going on. The guy was really rude. He said they didn’t have any specials and just hung up on me. Their specials on the phone are different than what you see online. Today I decided to try this Papa John’s again. I called them and I could barely understand the mush mouth man on the phone. He gave me the specials that I asked for, but was saying them so fast I couldn’t right them down. He then said they had a 1 ½ hour delivery wait No kidding, that’s what he said! This was at 3:30pm! After he said the delivery time, he hung up on me. I couldn’t believe it. I’m never going to try Papa John’s again. Well, I’m never going to attempt to try Papa John’s again.

I have no clue why business owners still continue to hire incompetent people. I haven’t had Papa John’s in a while and decided to fulfill my craving by making an order for pick up. There are two locations that are nearby… one is in the hood and one is in Sugar Land. I’m the type of person who wants good service so of course I pick the one in Sugar Land. I come in to pick my pizza up and the door is open but there is no one to be seen behind the counter. I’m a pretty laid back person so I decide to wait a little and stand there like an idiot. After about 5 minutes of ridiculousness, I finally start saying«excuse me» to whoever was back there. I then have to start yelling cause still no one came. After yelling a few times, some questionable guy wreaking of weed comes and acts like nothing was wrong. I keep my calm and pay for my order and he walks towards the back again. I open the box cause I ordered 2 extra garlic sauces and 2 extra pepperoncinis and low and behold they were not there. So there I have to go with the yelling since he is nowhere in sight. He comes out again and after telling him I had 2 extra garlic sauces and 2 extra pepperoncinis, he give me only 1 extra of each. And he picked up the pepperoncini with his bare hand and as he handed it to me I could see dirt under his finger nails which totally grosses me out to the point of my not wanting to eat my pizza anymore. This reflects poorly on Papa John’s. They really need to get their act together. Is it really that hard to find people who deliver quick and friendly customer service?
