After reading so many nice reviews and hungering for a good pizza, I decided to try Prontos. With mouth watering, drove over only to find it closed, out of business. I went next door hoping to find it had moved or expanded. Nope, just didn’t survive the brutal restaurant business.

When Pronto Pizza first opened, I absolutely loved it. I just don’t know what happened to them. The pizza was great and the service. I will admit, it’s been a couple months since I’ve ordered from them and I probably will not again. The pizza was overly baked, and the«twist» rolls(what I call them), were burnt. Did call and complained, the Manager was very professional and apologetic. He was nice enough to refund me for the meal. I want to order from them again but I just ‘t don’t trust it.

Exceptional review for an exceptional experience. Not only was the person taking my phone order polite, Kyle was very helpful in informing me of the fan favorites when I asked. I ordered the Mediterranean specialty and the large cheese with FRESH basil. Both were great and my wife who is a big critic of pizza dough actually commented on how fresh and soft the crust was. We will be ordering from here for now. Good bye and good ridden Pizza Hut. P. S. This was our first time giving them a go, and a choice we are happy we made.

Price is average, taste is very fresh, crust is very crispy but not too hard, decent amount of toppings and cheese given

I love this place. They are a small mom and pa place. Excellent food and great service. The price is fair and pizza is delicious!

Pizza by the slice at a good price! There margarita pizza was great, and Greek salad wasn’t stingy on toppings :) Friendly staff too!

Had the hawaiian calzone. Pretty amazing. Bread is home made, doesn’t taste like cardboard & the pineapples were fresh and sweet. Not sure if their pineapples came out of a can… and if you can’t tell then that is a good thing! Plus I’m filipino where pineapples are the specialty in the PI, and the pineapples on this hawaiin calzone came out to pleasing my pineapple craving!

My family and I always order from Pronto Pizza. We all have our favorites. They have pretty good deals and prices. My only thing is sometimes I feel that the crust isn’t as fluffy as I like it.

Management had changed and I’m not a fan anymore. They used to give great deals, now it’s just the same pizza with a higher price plus a $ 2 delivery fee. No thanks, I’ll just have papa johns deliver.

I found this restaurant while driving to the library. It was empty but plenty preparations for delivery. Polite people working. The SupremePizza was awesome! After only one slice of the personal I was full. Plus free wi-fi so I took my time to enjoy. Cheese city!

Garlic cheese bread was large enough to make a personal pizza. The greek salad was okay. The veggie pizza was large for a medium, so we had plenty of leftovers. Overall, a good pizza place with good customer service. Make sure to check out their lunch specials too. They also use spot on universal rewards program, which is friendly.

They NEVER get the order right. The pizza is good but they just can’t seem to get it right.

Very close to «New York» style pizza… Maybe it’s just the cheese! LOL! I dont know… It’s cheap and good for a night that you don’t want to cook and want to fill everybody up in the house.

We tried Pronto Pizza for the first time last night. The woman behind the counter was friendly. Using a coupon, we ordered the Mega Pepperoni and another one topping pizza. The Mega has double meat on it. They claim to hand make their dough. We never saw them making it, but we did see the dough in the pizza pan«resting»(?). I always like watching these type of places just to see how they make their pizza. All ingredients are weighed. After they made our pizza, they put the pan on the conveyor belt oven(aka Pizza Hut). Something about pizza cooked in an oven like this really turns me off. When we ate the pizza, we found it to be fairly good. However, I don’t think we got the double meat like we were suppose to. The crust seemed a little too dry and lacked flavor. They had just the right amount of sauce on their pizza which is ok with us. It’s not the greatest pizza around, but it wasn’t bad. For the price, it’s good. We use to go to a pizza joint down on Eldridge, but they really turned bad and I’m not talking about PIzza Hut. Pronto might be our best bet for home delivery pizza in our area and we’ll order from them again.

Every Monday it’s $ 5.99 for a one-topping carryout large pizza — not a bad deal! They also have a drive-thru, which is really convenient. The place is small inside, but there are certainly enough tables and chairs if people want to sit inside, as well as outside. The pizza’s not too bad. It’s not too greasy, not too salty, and has a bunch of spices, especially oregano. I like the crust. I hope this place stays open!

It’s a good place and I am tired of little caesars. Nice way better than little ceaser
