Customer Service Review: The manager on the evening shift, Josh, is awesome! I brought up a non-working coupon code to his attention and he personally saved me a little something for my trouble. Fast forward a few months later(pizza is back on the budget!) when I order delivery, I check back with him to see if I can still have the coupon and he says yes! Thanks Josh! Also, their drivers are always really nice people. Pizza Review: I order from Domino’s every once in a while, I do like how quickly they deliver and they haven’t messed up a pizza yet! Hopefully the good times just keep on coming.

The product is great, but the service was lacking. I ordered pizza today and the pizza was thirty minutes late. I called the store to check on my order and they made excuses about it being rainy outside and how they did not have enough drivers. I have ordered from here before many times and they usually do not take that long. The company I work for delivers packages worldwide on a large-scale and if our package is late it is free. They did not offer me a credit or refund towards a future order and told me I would have to speak to the general manager Thursday(tomorrow) for a store credit. They told me the online pizza tracker does not display an accurate estimate on delivery time that accounts for factors like staffing at the store or bad weather, which may cause delays due to high order volume that occurs during bad weather at the store and at places they deliver to. The assistant manager delivered the pizza and I spoke to her about all of this. The pizza was great, but the speed of service and their resolution for me, the customer, was very poor.

Never a bad experience at Dominos, except when I don’t order enough! For pizza, I like it cheap, fast and tasty. However, with most shops in the area, you can only have 2 of those. Four out of four times coming to this location, we’ve gotten all three… Chance? Well it is called Dominos for a reason. Every ingredient is fresh, and the pizza pie is always hot. Never used delivery, though. I recommend daily exercise before consuming their food on a regular basis. Check with your doctor before Inhaling their hot wings. You can order extra hot wing sauce on the side. I’ll let that soak in for a minute. Spinach, Feta cheesy bread. Order it now! There is no dine-in at this location. You have Pizza Hut, Sicilys and Sam’s Club in the area, the choice is yours! For fast, cheap and tasty pizza, take a chance on Dominos.

If I could give this Dominos location 0 stars, I would. Before I begin, I would like to state that I am an adamant pizza lover, I don’t discriminate LOL. But my review is based solely off customer service, I didn’t even step foot into the establishment. The pizza is always great in my opinion. So I called the Dominos on W. Airport and Dairy Ashford to place a pick up order. The woman tells me I called from a private number and I would need to hang up and call again because they cannot except orders from unknown callers. Now pause, I want everyone to understand the reason for this… People can easily call in orders as a joke and never come pick it up or send it to a false address. They don’t want to make a pizza that no one is going to pick up or receive. I told her that was fine and that I would call right back. I called back and yet again my number showed up as private, the woman I was speaking with then accuses me of doing it purposefully… –1 star. I hang up and call once more. Again it shows up as private. I’m hesitant to even believe her at this point, and I ask her if I can just tell her my telephone number. She says no I must be calling from a valid number. I get it, you don’t want to make a pizza for it to go to waste, but I’ve called you 3 times. I obviously want my pizza!!! I proceed to tell her I’ve never had this problem at any other Dominos, then she says, «Then your best bet would be to go to another Dominos.» Talk about rude. That drops my score to 1 star. Well that pissed me off so I ask for the manager she then states she is the manager. I almost screamed at the woman then simply hung up. I would not deal with that type of customer service. So what do I do? I call the Dominos on Hwy 6 and Voss, my number comes through on the called ID, I make sure to ask the employee. I placed my order with Rachel she was very pleasant and made me feel a lot better about Dominos as a corporation. THANKSRACHEL. And to the manager who I hope is reading this. You need to reevaluate your customer service skills lady.

Never had any issues with any employees or my order or anything like that. The guys who’s work here are pretty cool. When I order I usually go by Will lol so… I’m at home, it’s 4th of July, I’m bored so I’m writing this review. I just ordered from them & they guy on the phone told me that the wait time is 2 hours for delivery lol. It’s expected & I ain’t trippin’, I ended up ordering carry out. Carry out he said would be 30 minutes – maybe lol. He also told me that if I do come, to not park in the front because his GM will call the cops lmao. I get it I guess, I’m an optimistic person so. Funny story. Last June 2015, the day after it flooded here in Houston. My brother & I ordered carry out. It began raining pretty hard again & we all thought another flood was coming. To not get wet, I ordered over the phone –while parked, I whipped out my iPad & filmed the guy pick up the phone, take my order & then hang up -& it was freakin’ hilarious. Idk I guess you have to see the video. I have it on Facebook lol. So um yep. Dominos pizza in general is aight. It ain’t the best but it isn’t the worst. I’m a huge pizza fan & I’m in shape if you can believe that but dominos is literally down the road so I hit them up every once in a while. Fin.

It’s Domino’s. You already know what you’re getting into. The staff is okay. They messed up my order one time, but it wasn’t a big deal. Cheese-less pizza with veggies is my vegan option here. Not bad, but obviously not great. It is Domino’s, so overall, It is what it is.

I Absolutely LOVEEEE dominos. I use to be a Pizza Hut lover until they made me wait 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered when I stay 5 minutes away… So they lost business especially to dominos, when they have MORE variety BETTERPRICES deliver ONTIME as told, ask for feedback, and even give you deals to save. The food is always freshly cooked, delivered fast, friendly service and just overall GREAT.

Very friendly and quick. Pizza deals can’t be beat. Haven’t tried delivery service yet, but I imagine it is as stellar as the rest of the service. The workers look clean and are very professional, unlike the Pizza Hut in richmond by the HEB On sw fwy. That place is dirty… I wouldn’t eat a pizza from there if I were starving and it was free. The workers are always outside, in front, catching their smoke breaks. Not interested… I will def be back to this location.

Excellent delivery service, and the pizza is always as ordered. Dominoes pizza is the only pizza that doesn’t make me feel like digested a whole salt mine the next day.

Frankly, I like Pizza Hut better because their sauce is tastier. Domino’s seems a bit tasteless, comparatively speaking, so that’s why I’ve rated two stars(for I’ve experienced better). Pizza Hut also has better package deal options, e.g. the dinner box. I only came here because they’re open later than Pizza Hut. Online ordering was difficult. I wanted to order for pickup, and for some reason, even though the website said the drive-thru was open, I was unable to order online. I kept getting an error message stating this location was closed. I guess you can only order online when the inside of the restaurant is open. I had to call to place an order, and of course this resulted in repeating my order several times. I did not receive thin crust pizza(see photo), but it was late, so I gave up. Hopefully next time I will be able to order online!

The pizza is just plain gross(as well as customer service) here. It’s way too greasy, and has way too much seasoning on the crust. Sometimes they don’t slice it all the way through so when you go to grab a piece, you end up ripping half the pizza apart and the cheese just slimes everywhere. The main guy that is usually working is pretty rude and I’d rather not deal with him. I kept coming back here because it’s so close and the 2 mediums for $ 5 each is a great deal. But at this point, with crappy service and yucky pizza that deal isn’t good enough to keep coming back.

Extremely over priced for what you receive. Ordered large«Extravaganza». Toppings were sparse to non existent with just a hint of tomato sauce. Cici’s all you can eat for $ 5 puts more toppings on their pizza. Thumbs down.

Awesome they deliver to my business and always in a timely manner the drivers are nice and polite The only thing is that I had to sell my 9 year old child to have them deliver me a thin crust pizza. I also would say that Domino’s told me my child would not be sent to work at a camp making pizza all day but this was a lie. Last that I heard from my 9 year old daughter was that she works 14 hour shifts stomping the dough to make my thin crust pizza. That is ok by me because the thin crust pizza in my opinion is the best. So Domino’s please keep the kids working hard to make my thin crust pizza even thinner and crispier thank you.

Pizza always comes out quick and fresh and the cashiers are friendly. Never had an incorrect order or a crust that was too firm. This is why I’m now hooked on Domino’s.

My review focuses on Domino’s sandwiches rather than the pizza. I’m not one for ordering pizza, except on rare occasions, since I make my own. Domino’s has had sandwiches on the menu for some time now so I decided to give them a try. Not a bad choice for a last minute supper decision. I got the Chicken Parmesan and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was white meat, tender, moist, with still some crunch to the breading. Add a topping of zesty marinara and good ol’ Mozzarella and I had a nice meal. The bread was toasty fresh and had the right consistency of crisp outside and soft inside. The delivery time was less than the 45 minutes they told me when I placed the order. Another plus for this location. The prices are quite reasonable and there are several coupons to suit various food needs. The only downside was a very minor one. The online ordering site was down. I can just as easily call in my order. All worked out well. I admit I was skeptical about ordering a sandwich from here but not at all disappointed that I did. I’m interested in trying other varieties of their sandwich offerings in the future.
