THEABSOLUTEWORSE«Franchise Starbucks» Came often because of the walking distance from my home. I no longer shop here or visit this Starbucks. 1. There is no customer service. 2. I’ve witness tall white lady curse in front of customers and children because apparently pouring coffee is too much for her. 3. Employees have no knowledge and are not trained properly. 4. I’ve witness the Indian Kroger Supervisor steal from behind counter and not pay for his STARBUCKSCOFFEE. «That’s stealing. 5. Witnessed the 4 foot Indian disrespectful jerk of a Barista disrespect customers and also gives his friends and other Kroger employees free Starbucks. 6. This STARBUCKS suppose to close at 9. Over 2 years they’ve been closing at 8. 7. Now they shut down machines before 9 and refuse customers. «back in my day you don’t shut nothing down til closing time or til the last customers is gone.» 8. If you get an AMERICANO make sure you get the correct amount of shots your paying for and make sure its made fresh and AMERICANO should never be poured out of a container. 9. Over all this Starbucks and KROGER are just terrible.

I must say this is Starbucks had horrible customer service for being 1st time here. I usually go to the one off Bissonnet, but that particular day it was crowded so I made the trip to this location. I arrived with 3customers in front of me. No big deal I have patiences though I waited for over 20 mins to finally order my 2 drinks. During my wait in line I was simply observing and there were only two employees! One was behind the counter taking order, placing orders & making the drinks meanwhile the other employee was just BSing doing unnecessary things that could done afterward I understand there are tasks to be made but when you see 7 customers waiting in line and only your partner doing all the work that’s not teamwork! If I was there working perhap my way to make things go smoothly take all the orders then make the drinks, but the sweet lady took order, placed and then make it for each customer one at a time. My girlfriend asked what’s taking so long so I just snapchat a quick video what was happening after I placed my order. The rude BSing employee that didn’t even help her partner had the audacity to tell me «you need her permission to record/take a picture». I just responded her with a smile. I could’ve just said all the things I needed to say to make her look like a bad employee and tell her I will send it to corporate but I don’t have time to argue with her.

Nice to have a Starbucks nearby. Not the best one around but definitely has a staff that are there to make coffee and. not keep you waiting. If the customer service was a tad bit better I would have given it another star. There is no drive thru here as it is inside the Kroger’s but unlike lots of other Starbucks that do not have space there is an entire shopping center parking lot. They also do not have gingerale here. I have had some pastries here but the selection is limited due to the size. I like the fact that I can use my Kroger’s plus card during checkout.

I like them but I think their coffee is way overpriced. It is good though knowing they pay and treat their employees good so the prices may not be the worse thing!

I decided to treat myself to a white chocolate mocha this morning since I was early for work. I knew there would be a rush, and there was but it was nothing drastic. There were about 4 people in front of me and there was one barista that was trying her best to work efficiently(and she was). Unfortunately, the people in front of me were ordering 3+ drinks so she had a lot to do. In comes another barista with a TERRIBLE attitude. She is SOSOSO rude to the barista that was working there. She came in and looked in the fridge and complained(in front of the customers) about how the 1st barista didn’t have to get that much milk and it’s pointless and she kept going on and on about it. She kept making snarky comments to her while taking orders from other customers. I felt like she was irritated by the fact that they wanted more than one drink or something because she was so rude and kind of rolled her eyes when they ordered another drink. It kind of made me want to just walk away. I felt so so so bad for the 1st barista. I ended up getting my drink after 25 minutes. Needless to say, I was definitely not early for work. I was on the verge of being late! However, that’s not why I took stars off. I took them off because the attitude of the 2nd barista seriously put me off. She has terrible customer skills and seems to be an awful co-worker.

This is not a «real» Starbucks. It is a franchise owned by Kroger so they don’t have the high standards that the corporate stores have. When I first moved to this area, I would stop here 3 – 4 times per week for my coffee. There are no other Starbucks on my way to work(unfortunately). The staff is not friendly at all. I come in between 6 and 6:15am and it seems like I am more awake than they are, or they’re just not morning people. The staff(only one person) is busy cleaning and prepping and it feels like the customer does not have priority over that. Half the time they don’t even look at you or greet you, instead they just ask what kind of drink you want. I have mostly quit getting coffee here because they have such poor service and the quality is just average. I’d rather just make coffee at the office. I do still stop in once in a while when I have a craving, like this morning. I walked in and the barista was on the outside of the stand, wiping down the counter fronts. I walked right past her to the cashier station, but she didn’t stop wiping or even greet me. She finished the area she was wiping, walked right past me and WIPEDDOWNTHEPASTRYCASE before going inside to help me. I just wanted to say«Well I am so sorry for interrupting you…» But I didn’t say anything — I wanted my drink untainted. So I Unilocal instead!

I like the convenience of being able to get my starbucks while grocery shopping, but this starbucks kiosk is just not up to stuff with usual starbucks standards. The baristas do not look happy and cheerful and it just seems as if things are just passable when it comes to quality. Usually it’s a happy experience to go to starbucks like everyone is hyped up on espresso but not this stall.

Don’t get me wrong, I am grateful for the staff who make my drink correctly every morning. However, over the last 6 months, it’s not uncommon to show up, and equipment isn’t working — Starbucks gift card terminal(but credit/debit cards will still work), credit card machine altogether, steamer in the espresso machine(so can’t make hot drinks), etc. Sometimes the Starbucks gift card machine will be down for as long as 2 weeks! Therefore, I have no choice but to mark down a star, even though I really like the baristas.

This is a Starbucks stand inside a Kroger store. I ordered a white chocolate mocha coconut frappuccino that was one of the new featuring items and the frapp tasted great and sweet and coconutty! i loved it! :) However, the store was running out of whipped cream so my drink was not topped with whip + fudge + coconut flakes at all! booooooooo~
