My go-to coffee place in Sugar Land area. Their Vanilla Shakerato is what I go there for, a treat to myself I look forward to every Saturday and/Sunday after yoga class. Their vanilla Shakerato offer smooth taste with just right amount of coffee boldness, and not too sweet.

Needing a coffee stop on my way home, and not wanting Starbucks, I decided to stop in at Minuti. Not sure as to what I should get, I asked the barista what she would recommend. After asking a few simple questions, she suggested that I try their Dirty Chai Tea. I thought this was funny since I told her that I was in the mood for hot coffee. I went along with her suggestion, and am very pleased with it! Their Dirty Chai Tea is simply amazing! In addition, the shop is very clean and decorated nicely. The service is fast and friendly. I definitely recommend that yall stop in and grab a cup!

Drinks are mediocre, kind of watered down. Some of the baristas here are very happy to serve you and some can’t crack a smile to save their life. I walked in and the girl at the counter had a stoic face. I had to initiate the smile and greet HER until she asked me what drink I wanted. Then, when I completed my order, I thanked her. Still, no smile or response. Meh, the drink came out quick and the environment is great. So I gave it 3 stars.

Minuti is my go to coffee house in Sugar Land. In a sea of franchise establishments, Minuti manages to maintain more of that independent and hipster feel despite being a franchise itself. I think it has to do with the darker walls and furniture with that soft musical background. Very inviting. The room also is not overly lit to be glaring, nor is it so dark you need a flashlight to read. The parking situation is not a big deal at all. There’s parking by Arby’s drive through(it is not Minuti’s! Trust when I say it is an awkward mistake to make). More spaces across from the entrance, plus additional parking in the rest of the strip. Just remember that this is suburbia so lots of soccer moms, large SUVs, and teenagers driving fancy cars so adjust accordingly. I love that even when this place gets packed, it is not overly noisy and you can usually find somewhere to sit whether at one of the small tables, the booth on the side, at one of the high tables, or on the patio. Plenty of options for all your socializing and studying needs. I must warn you though if you decide to sit on a high table: there is one chair that always sinks when you sit on it. It moves around between the tables and is never in the same spot twice. So be cautious when you first sit. But if a friend finds it, feel free to laugh cause that look of surprise is always fantastic. I have zero complaints about the wifi; however, I cannot speak to the need for more outlets because my Mac battery is a boss and I do not leave the house without a full charge. If I struggle finding a power source in the future I will update accordingly. The service is excellent. Every barista I have encountered is knowledgable on what they offer and make delicious products. Their recommendations are also on point. My fave is the hot dirty chai tea latte. Sometimes I’ll mix it up with hot chocolate, tea, or a seasonal drink. Regardless of what I get I leave satisfied.

First time here, back in California there isn’t a coffee shop like this. I must say, I am amazed !!! On the coffee and tea types they have here. I ordered dirty chai, which is pretty much a shot of expresso, and chai tea. Two combination mixed together is HEAVEN ! Why didn’t I think of that ?! The servers are very helpful when it comes to recommendations. If you don’t like the drink you ordered or sweetness level is not enough or too much, they can adjust it again with no problem at all. Excellent !

Best Coffee Spot In Sugar Land. I’m a land of Starbucks, this is the most boutique of coffee places albeit still being part of a very small franchise. Parking — Plenty Décor — Small tables with two leather chairs each. Dark tones. Coffee — Great. Assorted. I prefer the Dirty Chai. Secret — Non menu upgrade options are Filthy Chai and Nasty Chai Price — Standard Coffee Fare

If you’ve graduated beyond Seattle-based coffee mega-franchises, this place does terrific Italian espresso. Great place to hang out, read, do some work, or web surf. They have a decent selection of muffins and sandwiches.

This is a lovely coffee shop, and I find their coffee has just the right amount of caffeine. Not too much to make me jittery not too little that I need more cups — just right! I was in desperate need of caffeine mid afternoon post lunch and was in the neighborhood. I was surprised to note that the«drive through» sign was not for Minuti — — it was for Arby’s. So, I parked and went on in. After ordering a «Grandi» soy latte, I gazed around the store and noticed that they have a loyalty program. I spoke to the barista about it, and I appreciated how honest he was! He told me it was only worth getting the card if I were a regular customer — otherwise, it didn’t make sense to get it. SO, no loyalty card for me, but their coffee is stellar. If I’m in desperate need again, I’ll be back at Minuti!

I came here with the intention of trying the Dirty Chai drink that was recommended in reviews, and to study up on my bible. Also with the intention of finding a small café or coffee shop to make a regular, once a week stop(Likely Sunday to read the scripture after church) The clerk and baristas were nice and social, so I had no qualms there. The drink was flavorful and warm. I thought the size was nice, and the place was quiet, though that was at 6:00, so I’ll have to go at an earlier time and see how the noise and concentration levels are. I didn’t care for the parking lot, and pulling out was a tad difficult, but bearable. The prices are affordable, which makes for a great coffee shop and a fantastic alternative to places like Starbucks. This is also based on Italian drinks, which I love. After the Dirty Chai, I had the Godfather, which was decent. it’s a double expresso that the barista explained was sweet and cold on the bottom, but warm and bitter on top-a drink that is best stirred. It was good though I didn’t care for it as much as the other drink. I think I’d like to try this place again, we’ll see if it becomes what I will dub«The one» in regards to my chosen coffee shop/café, so far I’m liking it very well

Easily one of the best coffee shops in Sugar Land. Their lattes are always great and their signature iced coffee, the shakerato, will satisfy your caffeine cravings and taste buds. They also have a variety of beverages off-menu, with seasonal items and variations of their usual items. I recommend trying their«sexy latte» and the Modena Fog tea. The only reason I don’t give them the 5 Stars they rightfully deserve for their coffee and service, is because they allow smoking outside in the small patio. Of course, Sugar Land does allow smoking in patios but if you want to be outside, is uncomfortable to enjoy your coffee when someone is constantly blowing up smoke around you. Other than that, this is my favorite coffee shop on the area.

I used to come here pretty frequently on lunch breaks, before work, after work, etc. It’s a small quiet nice place to just wind down for a little bit, and their coffee is better than Starbucks. Service is always friendly and I LOVE their sandwiches.

Delicious coffee, great atmosphere, wonderful staff. I typically stop at Minuti with friends or during a hectic day as a sort of pause button. I recently tried a «vanilla shakerato»(not sure on the spelling) it was amazing! I was having just the worst day ever so when the bar is a suggested it to me I figured«why not» and tried it out. I felt much better and seriously it just made my day. I love good coffee :)

I’m kind of appalled by the low ratings. I’ve been here about three times. Most recently, tonight. Greeted by two friendly baristas! Unlike most Starbucks, seemed happy to be at work. I ordered a regular hot chocolate and they immediately suggested I try the Italian hazelnut hot chocolate and mmmmm’ mighty tasty! The coffee shop was packed for a Wednesday night. Only two tables available inside, and none available outside. The shop also sells some soft drinks, sandwiches, and of course. GELATO. I was tempted to try the tiramisu gelato but unfortunately I had a cold. Darn you sickness! Only thing keeping me away. I like the environment better than the ordinary Starbucks; it’s more inviting, warm, and the friendly customer service. The combo keeps me coming back for more.

First time here. Met a friend for coffee and conversation, I found this place to be a nice place to sample a latte and perhaps unwind with a good book or newspaper. Bright, hip and modern I liked the open spaces more than your conventional Starbucks and the baristas were all very friendly and eager to help educate you about about all the options on the menu! I opted for the Dirty Chai. a nice suttle blend of expresso, chai tea and milk and it was really good! One of the more popular lattes according to the barista who helped me! As I was waiting for my friend I saw many whom I assumed were college students settle in with their laptops and book bags at the comfortable tables spread throughout and the one thing I noticed was how roomy it appeared inside compared to Starbucks! They had a nice mix of tunes playing lightly in the background and it seemed like they had a good variety of pastries to accompany your coffee choice. I liked it as a place to visit or catch up with a friend as I didn’t feel like it was noisy or too crowded. Maybe it was the time of the week or day but for a first time experience I enjoyed it! Located just off of Hwy 6 in a nice center, there was plenty of parking and an easily accessible drive thru as well if you needed to catch a coffee to go!

Definitely a favorite local coffee and study shop! I always love finding good study places outside of the loop, because typically, it means that there’s parking!!! This is probably one of my go to places to study if I’m too lazy to fight traffic and too impatient to look for parking. It’s just a perfect blend of suburbia meets hipster, which means there’s plenty of space to go around, but the atmosphere is hipster enough to make it more memorable than your typical Starbucks. Food/drinks: besides just a good study place, I do look for a place that serves good coffee or at least has a good variety of drinks, and this place hits it on the nose! There’s plenty of coffee options, and if you’re an tea enthusiast like me, there’s hot tea to warm your soul as well. If you would prefer your soul to stay cold, they do have some frozen drinks as well that are just as good. I was there during the fall time, so they had some pumpkin spice options, which is perfect for the season. They did take my order wrong, but remade it and gave me the mess up for free, so I’m ok with that. Atmosphere: it’s a typical study place so it tends to be pretty quite with some nice ambient background music. They have free wifi which is already great, and they have plenty of wall space with outlets, which I also really enjoy. My favorite place to sit and study, however is at the little high top island because they have bright lamps available so you can see what you’re reading and provides sufficient lighting. I also like feeling tall since I’m a short person, so I like it. Pricing: they are a bit pricey, but comparable to other hipster coffee shops, so I can’t really complain much. It’s a great place to go, and I will always come back when I’m looking for a place to study in that area.

When you spend over $ 20 on coffee you expect good service! The coffee was good, but the level of service I received was terrible.

Stopped by here before work and the cashier recommended Vietnamese coffee since I wanted something strong over ice… I can only taste the thick sweetness(almost as thick as honey) with just a hint of coffee. It was my first time and my last time here. LAWDD! Trashed it.

This place has a nice calm hipster atmosphere. I’ve come here many times to get some work done. Drinks have been great. Dirty chai is the best. The hot chocolate was also pretty good. I tried the one with hazelnut, which was interesting with actual hazelnut chunks, but not something I’d get again. The dine-in mugs are a nice touch. Plug outlets are available at certain spots. Wi-Fi is available, but has been spotty. Drinks are on the expensive side. There is a promotion for getting a gift card and getting some extra bonus dollars.

I like Minuti. Starbucks-like, but much smaller with a comparable taste. The atmosphere is nice and I’ve never seen them overly crowded, so that’s a plus. Really nice and informative staff. Lots of choices to choose from and ohh the syrups! syrups! Sooo many syrups and they’re really good! I personally like their Marshmallow syrup. Good drinks and good service. If you’re looking for alternative coffee place, give Minuti a try!

First time here! Came to meet up some girlfriends to get some work done! The staff were very nice and efficient in getting the coffee made quickly!(Sorry that I’m comparing this to Starbucks, but I’m always hoping to find a place that ISN’T Starbucks that’s good!) Drinks/Food Flavor and Price — I got the Dark Chocolate/Mocha Creamichino and my other friend got the Vanilla Creamichino(both with whip cream). It’s very similar to a Frappachino but not as icy as the Starbucks variety. I don’t know if it’s in my head because of the name or not, but it definitely seemed more creamy… it was still a little icy at the end. I looked at the food items but everything seemed a bit overpriced in my opinion! Overall Environment –I liked the ambience and how it’s not as hectic and loud as Starbucks, but it was TOO Dark inside. It was getting dark outside so I thought they’d brighten up the lights inside, but my friend said it’s kind of always like that. Maybe if I go there again I’ll just ask them to increase the brightness because it’s kind of hard to study or read or see people while talking when it’s that dark. Wi-Fi — The Wi-Fi didn’t even work while we were there;luckily we didn’t need wi-fi for our work, but if we did then we would’ve had to leave and end up going to a Starbucks(which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place). If the price and wi-fi were better then definitely 3 stars… but as for the coffee itself and ambience alone I liked it!
