Called to verify location. The girl wasn’t particularly friendly but whatever. She said it was in Krogers shopping Ctr off of voss by Kempner HS. I have no idea where that school was so that didn’t help. Anyway I found it(right next to Pappa murphys pizza and a foot massage place closer to Burger King end of the Krogers shopping Ctr). Small place but plenty of seats. Friday night at 6pm. Not packed. I got milk tea with grass jelly. For hubby I got his usual blended mocha(frozen coffee). Stamp card! Total $ 8. Cheaper than most boba in the area. Taste: pretty good! Not too sweet considering I forgot to tell them half sugar. Hubby actually liked his and he’s a picky guy when it comes to his mochas. I would like more grass jelly in mine but that’s a minor complaint. Customer service: they don’t try extra to be nice or friendly, they’re just there to take orders and make drinks. Don’t try any funny comments, they’ll just look at you and say«huh? Oh ok. «I tried. Failed. Anyway the drinks were good and cheap and close by so I’ll be back. Also made pretty fast too.

First of all, they are very mean with customers every time i go there. The call their place«fresh» but they don’t use any fresh ingredients in their smoothies when you pay at least $ 5 for a cup! also they use a lot of ice so you barely get a couple sips out of the drink. They use little boba as well and if u ask for extra there is a charge.

I live just a few minutes away from this place so I was excited to hear that a boba place was opening so near. It’s a family owned business and everyone is really nice. It’s located in the area where Kroger is. It’s pretty small inside and can get loud due to the blenders so I’m not sure it could be a great place to study. The drinks are just okay– nothing too great. I didn’t like the cream milk teas. I think they used too much creamer. Unfortunately, even though service is good, it’s just not a place I would frequent for boba.

It’s a very beautiful café with cool menu and quick, professional service. From my point of view, it’s a right place for kids and their parents. Fresh boba has many advantages. The interior is clean and light, the menu has a wide choice of smoothie. And everything is so delicious. I think that prices are good and everybody can buy whatever they want. It’s a perfect place to spend your free time with pleasure.

There are a decent amount of tapioca places in Sugar Land. However, the problem is how spread out they are. With TEABAR half way across the world and Kim’s tea house he way across the other way, you find Fresh Boba right in the middle. The tapioca is pretty good and also for a fair price, you really can’t complain… I’ve been here quite a few times and I’m unsure why some of the reviews claim that the customers have been rude. For the times that I’ve been there they’ve been fine. They also jam to some of the least suspecting music you’d think while walking into a tapioca place. Which by no means is a bad thing, if you plan on studying don’t forget to bring your earphones though. Fresh Boba is in the vicinity of two high schools so I’d advice going at anytime before or after around 2:45.

Super convenient and decently priced. We typically get our tapioca fix on Mason Rd when we can’t fathom the drive to Bellaire but Fresh Boba may be our new go to location. I’ve only really ordered one drink here but I have tasted a few from friends and my family. We love that their drinks are not drenched in sugar. It all has good taste and their tapioca hasn’t failed us yet. We love the fact that you can pick from regular or baby tapioca, although they were out of tapioca a few times we went(WHAT!?) — Even though I have seen them make some drinks from powder, we never really had any residue left in our cups nor did it have a powdery taste while drinking the drinks. — Cream Green Tea is my favorite(I just wish they had egg pudding to add to this, yum!) — Taro smoothies are typically not anything I prefer but theirs is one of the better ones I have tasted. — Mango blend was good, just good ol’ mango flavored. — Almond Milk Tea(or something) tasted artificial, almost like almond extract that lingers on your palates. They aren’t the friendliest but they also are not rude, just quiet in my opinion… You sometimes get greeted as you walk in, sometimes not but somewhere in the transaction you’ll get eye contact and a smile or a smirk, more than you would get in some other tapioca locations. I think the timidness of the employees goes hand in hand with their location and storefront. Everything here was all pretty quiet which we don’t mind since we’ve been able to go in and out quickly with their service. We will definitely be back.

It’s nice to have a tapioca place close to the house. Tapioca was good but the customer service wasn’t that great. The cashier was rude and she had no emotions while taking our orders. This definitely would’ve been a good tapioca place To go to since it’s close to the house. But I wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend because of the customer service. –pro Convenient spot –con Customer service isn’t good.

Weird location for a tapioca shop, but I’m actually glad to have more variety in Sugar Land. This brand new place is right besides Krogers on Hwy 6 and Voss Rd, a bit hard to spot, and not a lot of people come by this area for anything other than grocery shopping. When I heard of their grand opening, I decided to drop by this place, while running an errand, to check out how their milk tea was. The interior was nicely designed, gave off a comfortable feeling. Fresh Boba calls their milk teas«Cream Teas», and I could see why. I ordered a Cream Green Tea w/egg pudding, and immediately I could taste the creaminess that most milk teas don’t have. The large drink cost around $ 3.50, which is a lot cheaper than Kung Fu Tea, but not quite as good(probably because they don’t overdose their drinks with sugar lol. which is a good thing). Though it definitely tastes better than the other tapioca joints in Sugar Land such as Dulce, Teahouse, and Tea Bar. Four stars because their milk tea was just slightly above average but didn’t really blow me away. Will have to revisit a couple more times before designating this place as my main source of tapioca in Sugar Land.

Clean cute and friendly staff. Looks like a fun place to chill with friends or study. I had the cream tea with boba. It was as expected. Good. I do t live near by but if I did I would be back. Boba on!

This boba place caught my attention due to the logo. I gave it a shot this evening. I got the hazelnut cream tea and it was decent. The boba is decent as well, but why did I give it a 1 star? The employees are rude. I’m not sure if that is the kind of employees they like to hire, but they lost my business. I came in happy and left with a disappointment. Hire better employees is my main concern if they want to keep the business up!

My best friend and I went to this store not expecting much. I had the Avocado Smoothie with Tapioca and she had some of there fruit tea with fruits jelly at the bottom. With it being our first time there, it was a good experience! It was my best friend’s first time trying boba tea so they let us try samples, customer service was awesome, and the people that worked there were very friendly. I’d definitely come back!

Sugarland needs better boba places! I came here today to get a drink with some friends and it was alright. The drinks were nothing special. The employees were helpful by suggesting drinks but none of them cracked a smile much. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I feel like employees should at least seem pleasant or friendly. The boba seemed like it was a bit undercooked, kind of a hard chewy texture for the core which is weird. I prefer my tapioca to not be hard as rock. The simple black cream tea was honestly a bit below average. The smoothie I ordered was okay. Tasted like it was mainly composed of syrup though. My smoothie separated into two layers shortly after I received the drink. I think the only thing I really liked about this place is how clean and neat it was because of the grand opening and how the prices weren’t sky high. Probably won’t wanna make the drive all the way over there when I can get a better drink five minutes away. Thank god for Chinatown over in Belliare!

What caught my attention was the cute logo design at this tapioca place! The drinks are decent, the cream tea drinks are alright nothing special. The smoothie in my opinion are better than the iced drinks. The atmosphere is nice and is great for studying!

WHATWEORDERED: Thai tea with tapioca Cream green tea with tapioca Milk tea with tapioca PROS: — The drinks were all good, not too sweet. They offered whip cream on top of the Thai tea, which we got(but I think they charged extra). I don’t recall seeing powdery residue leftover on the cups, which is nice, but I’m sure powder is still used. No powdery taste. — They offer a buy 9 get one free punch card. I love punch cards for places I frequent. — Convenience of the location. — There were only two other customers when we were there, but it seems like it could be a nice and quiet place to study. — They have a policy where you can return a drink and get another if you don’t like it. All for free. CONS: — Some of the tapioca pearls were a little harder than others. Maybe they weren’t cooked long enough or stored in the refrigerator. This isn’t a deal breaker at the moment though. It’s nice to have a tapioca place on this side of town! We’d come back to try other flavors.

Finally… a boba place on my side of town. This place is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Their drinks are great and the tapioca has a nice consistency. My fav is the green tea cream blend!

Had to stop by Krogers on the way home, so I saw this place and decided to check it out. Their selection is not as plentiful as other tea houses. Not that I really mind as long as their drinks are good. I saw on their menu that their Almond cream tea is popular so I ordered that and I ordered my husband a Hazelnut cream tea. Mine had a not so great powdery after taste. Maybe I’ve drank teas that actually aren’t powdered so I can taste the difference. It was $ 7.99 for both drinks. The boba itself was a good consistency. The Hazelnut tasted better, but again, there are better boba places… but it’s good to see more options are popping up!

This is a great little milk tea place on the north side of sugar land. The price is reasonable with milk tea costing around $ 3 and tapioca or jelly costing an addition of $ 0.50. I save so much time and gas money by coming here instead of driving 25 minutes to China town for a drink. The taste of drinks is on par with most milk tea places in Chinatown, which is pretty darn good for a small place on the outskirts of sugar land. It has a variety of drink selections including tea, cream tea, smoothies. The service is quick, and the staff are polite and accommodating. The décor has a modern flare to it. It’s a good place to study if you don’t stay there for too long. It is located right next to a high school. Be aware of how busy it gets around the mid afternoon when school lets out.

Mango smoothie blend with boba and the strawberry blend were both on point. Their boba is perfectly done. Definitely give this neighborhood joint a chance… It saved me a trip into Chinatown.

i ordered the taro smoothie with boba and the green tea with boba. The boba was perfect… good texture, soft, and fresh. There was nothing special about the taro smoothie; it was just powdered. I wish they had egg pudding it would go better with taro. The green tea was too sweet and they used the wrong type of ice. They used crushed ice instead of the bigger ice(crushed ice melts faster and thus water downs the tea faster). My biggest compliant is that they had there ice out uncovered which is probably a health code violation.

Very clean place and super nice employees also! Drinks come out great, never seem to disappoint me with any type of new drinks that I try. They also have a wonderful policy that if you don’t like the drink, or you’re just not feeling it, they would switch it out for free for you. Definitely a recommended boba place to hang out at and definitely 5-star worthy!
