These guys are really great. I had what I thought was a simple fix with my bike, but it ended up being a lot more complicated. They ordered extra parts and went above and beyond to fix my bike. Despite the extra parts and labor, they didn’t charge me a ton. When I got the bike back, I could tell that all the work was done with skill & care. It’s obvious they really care about what they’re doing and don’t cut corners. It’s hard to find honest businesses like this nowadays so I really appreciate the way they do things.

I visited this shop for the first time last week and will definitely be a return customer. I like to support small, local businesses wherever possible, and the location is convenient to my home and work versus schlepping over to all the places in Carytown. Nice, knowledgeable owner, reasonable service rates. He tuned up my crappy old bike and fixed a flat on it, and sold me a lovely used Trek as well. It’s in great condition and I’m very happy with it so far, feel like the price was fair as well.

I bought a bike from these guys and they are very friendly and have great service. I don’t know much about bikes, but they helped me out and explained everything to me without making me feel stupid. Answered all my questions and let me test drive many times so I could find the right bike for me. I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me to buy, but just trying to help me find a good match. The bikes are a little pricey, but quality and definitely worth it. They’re a small business and I would recommend you give them your business!

This shop is a great local business. My friends and I were incredibly impressed by how much the owner, Klaas, knows about bikes. I would definitely recommend it!
