I bought a groupon for a versa spa tan specifically because the bella Tera location was so convenient and the attendant assured me that my groupon was not valid. I’m sure she was just being lazy and did not want to have to clean up after me because the mason location was very polite and accommodating.
This location should stress the importance of customer service to their employees.

I had a Groupon for Versa Spa and came here for the first time. Very friendly gal… she was cracking up jokes and was very informative about everything I needed to know. The place smells good, and it’s clean. Only issue I had that day was they ran out of caps… but other than that, everything was good and dandy. I’ll be back again once they have good deals!

Every time I go, whoever is working at the front is super friendly! Some tanning salons can have stuck-up front desk women but not this place! It is also really clean. They really take pride in cleaning the beds very well. I have tanned in both the highest and lowest bed available. Love how you can listen to music in both of them! I would recommend Malibu tan over any other tanning salon because of the reasonable price for such a clean, positive, friendly place!

The only reason I gave the place two stars is because its clean and the girls are very nice. When you sign up for a membership they do anything to get you to sign up for the most expencive one… I didnt… but still they guarante all the other sunbeds are with great power. Now I’ve ben tanning for 3 weeks and I can hardly notice, and nither can my girlfriends.
Allso when you sign up for a membership they let you no its a no limit membership… you can tan as often as you like… and after a week they told me I only can tan once every 24 hours.
I wont be a member for long !!
