By far, best Metro PCS in the Bay Area. Let me explain, when it comes to cleanliness, this store is above all others. I’ve been inside other metro stores in the area and they certainly lack presentation. The traffic flow in this store is always consistent and efficient. Customer service is always the priority. If you’re looking to be taken care of in a professional and timely manner, go to this location. You won’t be let down, trust me.

I came in on Saturday evening to a metro store, my head was big as a pumpkin. I was so sad I lost my samsung avant, with all my contacts, and all my pictures. i had about 650 contacts, and about 4000 photos, when I met Vinny and he said no problem. I’ll take care of it. man he gave me a phone with bigger screen, much nicer! i’m so satisfied, I’m leaving out of here with my head about the size of a tomato! I feel good right now. I can’t wait to recommend to all my friends on how satisfied I am with the service, and my new phone! thank you so much Vinny

After several days of frustration with the main corporate Metro store in Albany/El Cerrito, I came to this Richmond franchise store. I was fortunate enough to get a FABULOUS young lady sales associate named«Cynthia.» Not only was she kind and patient, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave me CORRECT information about the phones when the Albany/El Cerrito store did not. Really, this is how customer service should be. It is rare to find young people who are courteous, smart, and go out of their way to help you. This gal needs to be recognized for the outstanding employee that she is and given a position where she can realize her full potential. To whoever owns this store: you are very lucky to have this lady working for you. Also, the store is clean, bright and spacious.

Great customer service and atmosphere. Staff was very patient and very knowledgeable of their product. Even though they were very busy I never felt rushed and they answers all my questions. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I was driving around late at night, trying to find a open MetroPCS store to pay my bill because I couldn’t pay online due to the website being under maintenance. I drove by this one, and saw that they were closing… But I still decided to give it a try, and see if they could take a payment. They greeted me so politely, and asked if I needed to make a payment. I replied«yes, please». My monthly bill for 3 phones was $ 165, I saw a big banner that said 4 lines for $ 100. I was curious to find out how that worked. I told them that I only had 3 lines, and asked if they had any deal for 3 lines. Apparently they had a deal 3 lines for $ 90 and the requirement was that all lines needed to be gsm which it was but I also needed to get me a new number and a new phone. Even though I did not need a new phone, I bought an extra one for my brother who just turned 12. I got my brother a LGF6 and now all my lines are for $ 100 a month thanks to their interest in helping. Now I’m going to save $ 65 every month! Thanks unlimited wireless keep up the good work!!!

Oh, the adventure that is trying to find a Metro PCS Store with good customer service. Let’s see, I went to at least 4 other Metro stores in the area. This one has the best customer service. It’s clean. Even the guards are friendly. The staff that i have encountered have been knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and efficient. Especially Vinny. He’s over the top. Almost too good to be true. We had a problem with our account, so I called the store to talk to him about it and he wasn’t there. I spoke to a polite young lady, she told me he would be in later that day after 3pm. She asked if i wanted help, or to leave him a message. I said no. You know the drill right? Too much to explain to a new person, I figured i’d just call back the next day. Nope. He called me back at 3:15pm. I was confused. I asked him, «How did you know it was me that called, I never gave my name?» «I checked the caller I.D.» he said. Then he promptly took care of the issue at hand. Do you know what that means? That means, that he had to check with an associate, find out SOMEONE called, figure out the time it was, scroll through the caller i.d. log, locate me and do you see where I’m going with this right? That’s called initiative. Very few people have it these days. Hey Mister Manager. Pssst! PROMOTE that guy. give him a raise, something, Anything! Let him help you decide on future hires… Oooh that’s a good one. Just whatever it is keep it UP.
