I was given a «free» Alcatel tablet and it was awful, so I went back the next week, asked to trade it in, they said no problem, so I bought two IPad 4 minis. A strange $ 150 charge appeared and I have been attempting to get it corrected through 611 over the last four months to no avail. I understand the reason companies outsource to different countries, but there is nothing quite like dealing with a human being face to face… nothing. In a single visit, Sophie got everything fixed!!! Awesome!!! If you are frustrated, see this store and deal with solution based associates.

Excellent customer service from Ryan, Retail Associate Manager. My husband bought a new Galaxy Note 5. We were quite pleased. I’m a Sprint customer and might just switch over because of the in person service. Wow!

The slowest service ever!!! OMG I just dropped in to pay for my bill and it took hella long. All the reps seem to be taking their time as if they don’t see the line. Don’t come here unless you have a whole day to waste.

It is hard to find a good provider and a store location that cares about customer service. That’s why I’m glad I came to this t mobile location!

I came in the other day with a note 4 wanting to walk out with an iPhone. A T-​Mobile team member by the name of Luis helped me do that. He gave me his opinion on not going from the note 4 to the iPhone 5s which was a really stupid decision I was going to make lol. Anyway he hooked me up with the iPhone 6 plus in white and we had a pretty good conversation, made me feel like he was an older brother and I knew him for some years. Anyway, this guy’s great and I hope he stays to please other customers.
