The management at this establishment is truly a big hot mess. LISTEN to the other reviews. I’ve actually never had a problem with the place until earlier today. First of all, by the time I got up to the drive thru window, it had been at least twenty plus minutes. Come on now, it’s lunch time, people don’t have item for that. I wanted to pay with half cash and half card but the cashier told me I couldn’t. My bad for being broke I guess it was my fault they couldn’t accept this type of payment(Sarcasm). I asked for the manager, at that point in which the woman wouldn’t do so. She also refused to ring up the order separately. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Get your ish together, Popeyes!

This place totally deserves 0 to 1 star at the most. Probably the worst service in the history of service. The drive thru literally takes forever! If you’re in a rush, don’t even think about stopping here! It’ll take you atleast 15 minutes or maybe even more! The chicken sure is good ! But trust me, they have some pitty attitudes. There are so many workers in there and they can’t even speed up the process? I also asked for a grape Fanta and they mixed it up with a Dr Pepper, you guys had one job !

I was so disappointed with the service at this Popeye’s. One evening after getting off a long day of work, I decided to get Popeye’s for dinner. It was over crowded, in the inside, so I opted for the drive thru. I ordered my food and was told there was no more mild chicken, and I would have to wait 12 minutes. When I finally got to the window to pay(after waiting 10 minutes. in line) I was told to park in the lot and someone would bring me my chicken when it was done. I waited, and waited and waited! After about 30 minutes and witnessing new people come and go, I went in the inside and inquired, I asked for the manager. I was told they didn’t know I was waiting, once they finally located my order receipt, the manager began to fix my food, but never once apologized and she threw in an apple pie and said she did so under her breath; I had to say, excuse me, then she said a little louder that she put in an apple pie for my inconvenience! I spent 1 hour at Popeye’s and $ 16.00 for food for me and my mom, I was livid! I filled a complaint on their company site and never heard anything back from them! Tacky and unprofessional!

As much as I love Popeyes this has to be one of the slowest locations I have been to… I have been waiting for almost 40 min for them to give me my order and there is so much chicken that’s already cooked I don’t under why they are this slow… there are about 5 workers in the front working and they move so slowly. This is ridiculous

Honestly if i could give this location a NO star, i would. Employees moves slower than a turtle. Employees have no customer service and very rude. My order took 30 minutes to be ready. Its ridiculous!

Drive thru wait time was horrible! Waited a total of 27 minutes. Two attempts at ordering, and three corrections to the outcome. Finally got fed up and left. Order never completely correct, but not worth fighting anymore. Completely baffled how the eleven employees(yes, I counted them. had plenty of time to do so) could possibly be so incapable of filling an order. I have no idea how this place covers it’s overhead costs with this level of failure! Must be a front for a money laundering operation, it’s the only thing that makes sense. uhg! Will never go back!

This is the longest lines longest waits I have ever experienced in my life. If this is a staffing problem then they need to hire more people because this location consistently has long wait times. I have waited over 20−30mins consistently and there was only two people in front of me that is just crazy. I wish I could give zero stars but one will have to be enough to express my disappointment with this Location.:(

Let me give this ZERO star review a revamped facelift: You can take the Popeye’s out of the hood, but you can’t take the hood out of Popeye’s! This place BLOWS! And I bet the employees know it, because they sure made it seem like no customers existed! So, here’s a short story of what happened. On a cold winter day, my coworker and I decide to go for phở. Only the line was out the door. We opt’d for Popeye’s thinking it would be quick. WRONG!!! And we were dumb for dining-in as well. We waited in line, and the(deleted personal attack description on the) cashier took his sweet time trying help this poor old lady trying to place her order. Completed the order, tells us he’ll be right back. Proceeds to the very back of the store slooooowly. Doing what, I don’t know! While waiting for someone to take our order, walking by the register was what appeared to be a manager. NO ‘Hello’ NO eye contact, she was just sweeping away like there wasn’t a growing long line of customers. I really regret not taking a picture of her sweeping. So about three minutes later the cashier decides to return, sloooowly. Oh wait, he still had to get a squirt of anti-bac before taking our order. While his(deleted personal attack description of the) trash sweeping manager yells at him to get back at the register. HA! Fast-food entertainment! He took our order, then we waited. Waited, 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes… SERIOUSLY? Finally got our order and OHWAITIT’S WRONG! I ordered a fish and chicken deal. They gave me popcorn shrimp, OMG! They gave my coworker chicken strips, and not 3 piece chicken, haha! It was nearly pointless to argue, but we still did! Some guy from the drive thru even came inside, and said his order was wrong. The people before us asked for a refund, because theirs was wrong lol. All this while all the customers were standing around pissed off at all the carelessness and slowness, and concerns about their own order. That(deleted personal attack description of the) manager that never looked at the customers, unless there was a complaint, had to confront a line of angry customers. Not a great way to represent good ol’ Popeyes! This location is one crappy garbage stand! Never again will I opt for fast food during lunch. We should’ve just waited for phở. ZEROSTARS, go somewhere else!

Why the hell does it take 30 minutes for someone to put three pieces of chicken and some fries in a box? And I always hate that I have to wait in line for 10 – 15 minutes before someone tells me that they’re out of mild chicken or out of buttermilk ranch like can’t yall make a sign or something? The restaurant was disgustingly unorganized and dirty! Too many team members in the front and only one cook working hard and running around to complete orders WITHOUTANYHELP in the kitchen! Some of the team members were very sluggish and could not pick anything up that was trash or sweep the place for the sake of clenliness a restaurant requires. Certain team members did not look happy at all working there, and do not appriciate having a job simply by the way they carry themselves! The only employees I actually saw care, was the young man that took my order and the cook, whom actually works fast and efficient despite the way he gets talked to. I don’t like how they cook gets bossed around and talked to despite the fact he’s doing everything on HISOWN! The counter had empty foam cups scattered, employee clip boards with info, miscellaneous trash(that I took the liberty to throw away because i was annoyed to see these employees work slow and lazy) and guests having to grab their own ketchup etc. Not to mention, my boyfriend ordered a 3 piece chicken combo and when we got home he git 3 of the smallest pieces of WINGS ! No leg, no thigh or breast! I had to share some of my tenders with him so he can have some actual food. Although the food is good, I can’t come back to see how this place is run! Including the shift management(4 front employees and ONE cook?). I don’t think so. Two cooks and 3 front employees sounds more reasonable. Don’t get me wrong, the service at this location is FAR from stellar. Hell, it’s barely tolerable most of the time. But I have never had any issues with my order nor have they ever run out of chicken(regular menu items, not promos). I don’t know who the manager is or who does the hiring but the employees here are some of the worst customer-facing individuals I have ever encountered. Oh well, I’m not driving to Vallejo or Berkeley.

There should really be a option for negative stars, as this Popeyes would receive a –9. Let’s see, the staff consists of a bunch of kids who all come to work high as hell. Management seems to be higher than the kids they hire. Seems to run out of chicken after 5 pm everyday, as out of the 4 times I’ve been there, I had wait times of over 30 minutes on 3 of them, the other time they screwed up my order not once or twice, but 4 times within the SAME visit. They should really shut this Popeyes down as they are a complete disgrace to the franchise.
