Beware of these people… forced my daughter to sign a VHDA document making untrue claims so they could be in compliance with VHDA rules knowing my daughter was falsifying a document and told her if she didn’t she would be forced to move out after having just moved in. She moved into a unit in a rush situation and it hadn’t been painted and cat odor and stains on carpet and now they want her to repaint and carpet the unit and claiming she owes a mysterious $ 150.00 without explanation. Will be going to court for sure. I video taped the unit after we scrubbed it top to bottom and have proof for a Judge to see that it was left cleaner than when she moved in. The management is totally unresponsive to emails, phone calls, any communication.
