Move It Self Storage – Sugar Land/Greatwood

When the gate code failed to work (again for the third time in two months), I called the office during normal business hours. The number had been disconnected. I called the corporate number for Move It Self Storage. It too had been disconnected.
Two hours later I tracked down Move It Management’s billing service through my bank. The billing service has no record of me or my account, which is odd given that it charges my credit card every month. The billing service attempted to put me in touch with someone — anyone — from Move It Self Storage or Move It Management. So far that effort has failed as well.
This storage facility used to be great, before Move It Self Storage took over. Assuming I can get back into my unit at some point, I will take my business elsewhere.
