My first boot buying experience was amazing here!!! I have been looking and trying them on for years and never pulled the trigger to buy. I tried on boots at four different stores in Nashville and never felt comfortable about making such a big purchase not understanding how they fit. Saw the ad for the corral boots and had to come in and see them. My husband and I were helped by a really nice lady who took the time to find the boots I was looking for and the patience to help me understand how they are supposed to fit. She showed me how to use the boot hooks to pull them on… In all my other trips to the other boot stores no one showed me that and I always thought there was something wrong. Not anymore… I now understand how it works. I am beyond excited and walking out w my first pair of boots! Just wanted to let everyone how excited I am after 5 long years my search is over and I found what I was looking for. Recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible customer service! Came in to purchase a pair of boots and knew exactly what size I needed but Kenny kept insisting I try on another size instead of the one I would ask for. I would try it on and guess what they didn’t fit so I would ask again for the size I wanted and he would come back and say they didn’t have them. Very short with us and horrible attitude! I will never be returning back to this store and will make sure to tell everyone I know no to step foot into this place! If there was an option to not give this review a star I would.

The store is I think the ONLY western store in the area, which is odd but then again I was a cowgirl in the Western part of the country for many years before coming back to Virginia, so I was spoiled I guess. I’m thankful there IS a western store here but the prices are unfortunately not as good as other western stores I’ve been to, and the clothing selection is a little dated. It makes sense though if there isn’t much of a clientele in the area and that it could be difficult to sell inventory or keep alot of inventory on hand. Not many deals on boots, not like those I’ve been used to in the West. Sorry… I can’t lie about stuff like that.

These boots were made for walkin’! I’m a bit of a cowboy boot freak — add it to the long list — so when I discovered a shop right here in RVA that offers a wide selection I was ecstatic. If it’s your first time visiting the store, just keep an eye out for the large boot statue out front. There’s really no way to miss it. The store itself is huge and stocks much more inventory than just cowboy boots. From legit riding gear to gifts to apparel, Myrna’s is a horse-lover’s paradise. The boot selection lines a wall and is organized by size. It’s important to note that if you see a boot you like that’s not displayed in your size, just ask if they have it in the back. I made that mistake the first time I visited — I assumed all of the 8.5s on display were the only boots available, so when I fell in love with a pair in the size 6 section I was bummed. But then I asked about special ordering and my sadness turned to excitement when the sales associate told me they actually had the boot in my size! Win! I went home one pair of boots poorer, but my shoe collection became that much richer. Since I don’t ride horses, I can’t speak to the rest of the inventory, but for boots, this is the local spot. Prices range from relatively inexpensive to pretty pricey, with brands like Justin, Ariat and many more. With fall knocking on the door, I sense a visit to Myrna’s in my near future.
