Food was inedible. Everything was over-seasoned and over-sauced. Meat was very fatty– even a simple chicken breast. What a waste of $ 50.

We have been waiting 49 minutes for our meal. Spoke to the manager and still no sign of it. All she could offer is to check on it. She reported that a coupon came out and they have been backed up. They werent even half full. Once we asked for our check the manager comped the drinks. Leaving… so hungry.

Food was pretty good. Hope it was an off day for staff. Our server was nice enough but it took a long time to get orders in and out. Some people next to us had to get up and leave.

Invited to lunch by my sister. We both were extremely hungry and decided to chose Ruby Tuesday because we didn’t want to be disappointed with somewhere unfamiliar. Hoping we made the right choice. That choice turned out to be the worst. The service was ok but not that good. The waiter was serving too many patrons at the same time so his attention on our table was quick and short. The appetizer we ordered took awhile to come and when I questioned the waiter he gave a quick response that it’s coming. After finishing our appetizer it seemed the entrée to be taking a while. I asked the waiter if the kitchen was busy and if so we would just cancel the order and go somewhere else. He again with a quick response said no it’ll be out soon. The food finally came. Everything we ordered was overcooked, cold, and unpresentable. My steak was cold. The shrimp was overcooked. My sister’s burger was overcooked and cold. The onion(yes one onion slice) on her burger looked brown and dry. Nothing that you’d serve any customer and her fries were overcooked. I informed the waiter that everything was unacceptable and that we would just pay for the appetizer and go. At this point the manager comes out and we explained how horrible the food was. We showed her the old onion slice which she picked up and left on an appetizer plate. She convinced us to allow her to take care of the bill minus the appetizer and redo our food. We did and the food came out good. By this time I already had the worst feelings about the whole experience, then the waiter brings the check charging us for the entire meal. I then had to get up to find the manager to correct the check. She ended up promising to send us a gift card for our inconvenience. The whole experience was a bit overwhelming and I definitely won’t eat there again. I hope the manager and the waiter can improve the restaurant in the future. Ruby Tuesday used to be a restaurant you could depend on for consistent quality no matter what location. I guess that’s not true anymore.

Very friendly wait staff. Not to crowded. Atmosphere was very casual. Food was tasty and fresh. Appearence of the resturant and restrooms appeared to be clean. Love the salad bar they always refill the food on the bar because it sells out quickly.

This was possibly one of my worst visits to a restaurant. They took 20 minutes to bring out the sodas which they weren’t busy. Then I ordered the avocado turkey bacon burger which arrived 45 mins later with a half slice of Swiss and no «avacoda». You would think that since this is the main feature to the burger one wouldn’t forget it. Therefore I alerted the manager and they took my burger back and added avacado, I asked the manager to please bring me extra pickles for the burger, 10 mins go by and I had to flag her down again and remind her. Now, at this juncture you’re probably thinking, «that burger definitely isn’t warm or hot». You would be correct. Now an hour and a half into my dinner and still haven’t eaten anything but shotty salad from the garden bar. So. Next time when you have a choice, choose something else or try in the day time. Thanks Ruby Tuesday. The manager did end up comping the whole meal and have lunch for tomorrow now. So upgrading to 2 stars.

I was so excited and hungry to spend Valentine’s Day with my boo at Ruby Tuesday. We had never ate their together. When we arrived we walked in and was greeted by the host and only waited but 5 mins until we went to our seats. As soon as we got to our seats we glanced the menu, and our waiter came over(never gave us her name) and took our drank orders. My boo ordered a beer, and I had water,(it took 20 Mins for his bottle beer to come) as we glanced the menu we finally gave our choices to our(no name waiter). Her service was horrible it took 30 mins for our food to never come.(We waited so long we got it to go, to get home and the order was still wrong). Our waiter never checked on us or asked would you Atleast like bread, instead we saw her taking selfies in a corner and at the window taking pics of the snow . Service was horrible

Extremely friendly staff. Clean & inviting atmosphere. Salad bar was stocked and looked fresh. Server was great & even gave us a coupon for a free kid’s meal. Ruby Tuesday’s are pretty standard fare but they definitely can range in service & cleanliness — this one is one of the better locations, for sure!

I normally order the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays… I’ve been to this one about 3 – 4 times. It’s fresh and most of the time easy to get in and out. I have ordered the small sirloin steak w/a veggie… once…I found the veggie, spaghetti squash, uneatable. I’ve also decided the Ruby Tues. on Hull St. To be be more to my approval.

Service was great! My husband, son and I went at lunch time when they weren’t really busy. Hubby’s mini burgers were lukewarm. Son and I had hot burgers that were juicy. Before we even ordered the waitress brought my son a small plate with crackers, grapes, and apples. I don’t know if this is standard practice or something special she did but we really appreciated it. We haven’t been to Ruby Tuesdays in years(since they took fruit off of the salad bar) and we will definitely be returning after this trip.

Service is good. Food could be better. Two person booths are very small. With the size plates they use, there is not a lot of room on the tables. We have been there twice now, will go again!

Had a great experience here. There must be new management based off of these other reviews. Had the chicken parmesan pasta and it was great. the biscuits are all also delish! You have to ask if you want more then one per person but they are worth it. I thought the service was really great; we were seated right away and our server was very attentive. A guy(I’m assuming he was the Manager) even came up to our table to make sure we were having a good experience. For a chain restaurant, this Ruby Tuesday is really very good.

We’ve gone here twice, suckered in by coupons of one sort or another. If it weren’t for the coupon which brings the price down into the upper range of a visit to Panera, they would most likely fall into a 1 star restaurant. The second dupe in regards to this establishment is the biscuits. Unlike the other reviewer, we really like them, as we find them flavorful on both occasions. They are one of only two highlights of our most current visit. I ordered the bbq chicken, with grilled green beans and sweet potato fries. Surprisingly, the chicken was cooked perfectly, juice with every bit. However, the bbq sauce was bland. The sweet potato fries were salted correctly, but lacked any real flavor, as were the green beans. At over 16 dollars before coupon for the meal with a soda was really pricey. My wife ordered spicy fish tacos with soup. The size of the tacos were nice, but what filled them were extremely bland. There was sadly, nothing spicy about the fish, but they were very fishy tasting. As for the soup, well, it didn’t appear until we were done with the over 13 dollar before coupon part of a meal. Which brings me to the final part of the review, service. The only positive aspect of the service was demeanor, which was pleasant. Beyond that, however, the service was atrociously slow, especially given a substantially less than full house. After seating, it was more than 10 minutes before we saw our server. This continued throughout our meal and resulted in something well over an hour experience. If they are cooking things freshly, I can certainly understand it taking longer, but with the resulting final product, I’d almost be willing to give up freshness for food with taste(and probably more sodium). Hopefully. I’ll read this review the next time we are tempted by a coupon.

Imagine Applebees with a salad bar. Welcome to Ruby Tuesdays: a place that tries too hard to promote a classy and elegant eating establishment, but fails in an epic manner. The addition of the salad bar is not the only difference between the restaurants. The prices for entrees at Ruby Tuesdays are nearly as high as the prices at the Cheesecake Factory. But the food is bland the the bootleg Red Lobster Cheddar biscuits they serve are harder than Chinese Arithmetic. If you are looking for a new dining experience, then go to Ruby Tuesdays at your own risk. If not, then save your money and get a combo from Wendys.
