Abandon all hope he who enter! Prepare for 24 hours of gastrointestinal discomfort. I should know better!!! Fast food on a Sunday afternoon where we were the only customers??. The counter girl was extremely friendly(two stars earned for her!) and we were extremely hungry. The food delivered looked just sad. Uninspired. Uncreative. Uncared for. Some noodles with sauce on top. But we were hungry. And had a two hour drive ahead of us… luckily we made it home in time…

I love noodles and company and I have always enjoyed looking forward to eating there. This particular location, however, seems to forgot to bag your items or add an ingredient that you ask to not add. Nonetheless, great food! Just remember to check your bag

I like the consistency of flow that this location has compared to other Noodles & Co around the area. I tried the Japanese Pan Noodles and it was superb! I got marinaded beef but it tasted so fake and I knew was frozen. Do yourself a favor and do not get it. I Also usually always order a salad to go with parmesan chicken and it usually tastes good but for some reason, my chicken was over loaded with sodium. Overall, they are a great place to dine at with a versatile menu. If you find that you don’t like your meal, they’ll replace it!

I’m a master of consistency… Each time I come here, I get a small spaghetti and meatballs. It’s always consistently pleasant in my rotation of restaurants on campus(at work). If I were to make one change, I would not grill the meatballs, but at least most of the time they’re not burned. For those with a food phobia, this is a «safe space» I think kids at college would call it these days. I do suggest you stay away from the rice crispie treats… they’re far to dry. I end up throwing mine in the trash each time.

The customer service here was pretty good. The greeter was very friendly and social. He explained all of the different selections they offered. I ordered the Pesto Cavatappi with chicken. The average wait tile was between 5 to 7 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. The noodles was cooked well and I really enjoyed this place. I will be returning soon.

It’s a great place for noodles. If you wake up craving noodles and company, grab a few friends who appreciate the same things in life. Head on over! They got all kinds of noodles. Asian noodles. Italian noodles. Whatever noodles you desire. I highly recommend dining here after a night out. 1 out of every 5 doctors say that noodles are the perfect cure for the common hangover.

Go to the location at Willow Lawn, not this one. My friends were served raw/half frozen shrimp which took 30+ minutes for it to arrive at the table. The tables weren’t that clean and the food hasn’t been great in a long time.

The place: This location is situated right next to the chipotle on campus. Every time I go inside this location, I have noticed how clean they keep this one. They have lots of seating available: booths, tables, high top tables etc. At the front, there are glass windows which have long countertops with seating. During the winter, those windows are closed; but when the sun is out and its nice outside, the windows lift up and you can sit and enjoy your meal while feeling like you are outside at the same time. Since they are on campus, the wifi is good. It is usually pretty chill inside, not a lot of hustle and bustle like chipotle next door. The food: I have eaten here so many times, especially when chipotle lines are wrapped around the building(any VCU student or staff understands this statement). I am sometimes a creature of habit and like my parents say«if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it». I tend to stick to the penne rosa with grilled chicken(I will do the parmesan chicken if I am willing to put in extra work in the gym that day lol). My other go to dish here is the Caesar salad with grilled chicken or with no meat. I have no complaints about either of these dishes-they are always consistent with my order and I feel full and satisfied. Sometimes they don’t fill the to-go cups of salad dressing completely up(so be sure to ask for some extra dressing before you leave). Overall: This place gets good stars for consistent customer service and food. It stays pretty clean and I like that it is never crazy busy. They also have online ordering available and this makes life easier. If you are in the area or on campus, definitely give this location a try!

Food: I always get a small penne rosa with Parmesan-crusted chicken breast and a side Caesar salad. Altogether it’s really good and balances well. However the pasta can be a bit bland — which is why I add the chicken. Service: it’s really good! They accidentally have me chicken breast instead of Parmesan-crusted chicken breast. When I told them, they immediately got me a plate of right one without hesitation. I recommend this place.

Great service, great food, and plenty of options. I got the penne rosa and a side of tomato bisque soup. The penne was a little spicy for me but I loved the soup — and I am not even a soup type of person. This is probably the only place that I would go to just order soup but it was fantastic. Was scraping the bowl at the end.

Since I’ve heard mixed reviews of the noodles I’ve only tried the Mediterranean flatbread with tomato bisque soup. So delish! With this combo, I think 5.99 is a great price. I’ve had this combo 4 times and I’ll be sticking to it. Great atmosphere to study, hang out or just eat solo.

I ordered Pasta Fresca with Chicken to go, while getting my drink one of the server informed me that they were out of Penne pasta and offered me another type. Which was fine with me. I sat on in the«to go» section while I watched pasta dishes come in and out. FINALLY after about 20 minutes I saw my dish, the women working started to prepare my to go bag but then disappeared to the back for about five minutes. When she finally came back it was to take someone’s order, then after seeing me sitting there for around 30 minutes she packed my bag. Once I got home, I discover they didn’t even put the chicken I ordered in or any sauce. All i could taste was the two onions and three tomatoes they threw in. Definitely not worth the wait at all.

Finally, a place dedicated to the fine art of noodles right across from the hustle and bustle of VCU’s undergrad campus. From Italian pasta(e.g. pesto, penne) to Asian noodles(e.g. pad thai, Bangkok curry noodles) and sandwiches + soup, this place has a solid variety of edible cuisines. Paired with these food options is an endless selection of mixable soda flavors all at your disposal with a simple push of some buttons on a screen. The restaurant’s set up as a «pay + order up front», and food is either delivered to your table or picked up to go. Some major pros are the presentation, friendly service, open atmosphere, and the quickness by which food is delivered. Cons include the price(~$ 6.50 for bowl of just noodles, with the catch of $ 2.50+ for the addition of meat) and taste(somewhat dry and salty). Just for reference, I tried the Japanese Pan Noodles. Certainly others may taste better, or perhaps it’s just a constant across the Noodles & Co. chain. All in all, a satisfactory place to satisfy a hankering for oodles of noodles.
