Friendly staff, signage not adequate, searching for adding machine tape and nobody around to ask so I wasted 20 minutes until I found it on a bottom shelf next to where adding machines were, makes sense but no above sign indicated same. Asked to receive the $ 10 gift card because I spent $ 97 on HP ink, the cashier said that could not be right, asked her to go into their website and she stated there was no such offer. I asked to speak to her manager and he did verify that a $ 10 gift card goes to the customer when you spend over $ 50 for HP ink. They showed that they were sold out of the HP ink I needed in the ink aisle, since I was meandering around I found a big display where all the HP ink was partially located the kind I needed had been moved and thus no need to have ink shipped to me, awkward at best. Low on monitors and electronics in general, came to this location to avoid driving into the Galleria, understand why not much stock at this location. The 5 people waiting in line behind me must have thought I was a pain asking for the advertised special, management should train their staff on their advertising, this is the 3rd time this has occurred to me in the last two years at different locations.

I’m always greeted when I come in here and can always find help when I need it. We bought a couple of chairs a while back that were assembled in a jiffy. You can pretty much always park close to the door.
