Whataburger

I live in the area so I have frequented this location for 6 years since I moved here. For those 6 years you can imagine I get to know faces there, especially in the drive thru. One particular person I saw, Anne meant that when she was there, even with a long line, you’ll get through quick and with a smile. Well not anymore. I’ve come to find out another employee assaulted her on the job and she had to defend herself. Management fired the person responsible for the assault but her as well! The reason“it wouldn’t be fair” really? You get assaulted and you are fired too to be“fair”?! Look I’m not a personal friend I’m just a loyal customer who found this out after having for the third time in a row, go inside because the drive thru has been a nightmare and now I know why. If that’s the way management treats its employees I’m out. Having been through a similar experience before I sympathize. There are other what’s urged this one has lost my respect.

First impression super clean. Forgot about that when I ate the food. It is so good. You need to be hungry when you go because there burgers are rather large. Full of taste. The small order of fries is what would be a medium at most places. Service was very good. Will definitely go again when in Texas. Wish they had this in Tennessee.

Best Whataburger around! They tart seniors so well and make it a place for people to come and see each other randomly in the mornings to stay in touch. Wonderful, caring staff. And GREAT food. If there wS ever a problem, it was always fixed to my satisfaction with an apology.

It’s the only fast-​food chain I go to that doesn’t taste where the food came from a chemist-​lab. I know it’s fast-​food and it’s unhealthy to eat, I do eat here once a week at most.
At this location the service is ⁸⁄₁₀. And the food presentation is ⁹⁄₁₀. The burgers ⁷⁄₁₀ at best. But their fries! ¹⁰⁄₁₀. I love their fries. If your lucky to get them right out of the frier, their amazing. Whataburger fries are my favorite by far of any fast-​food chain.

I was stuck in Richmond for jury duty and I ended up at this Whataburger. There is plenty of parking. The people working here are super friendly. You order and they bring you your food… yup, they sure do. Not only do they bring you your food, but they walk around with a tray of condiments and napkins. The employees come around and offer to refill drinks, etc. The level of service is definitely better here than most fast food places.
I didn’t give them a full 4 stars because I saw at least one fly on the counter where I was ordering and the bathrooms could use an update (purse hook anyone?).
But, the next time I get jury duty and get stuck down in Richmond, I’ll probably head over to Whataburger once again. The service rocks!
