On 5÷30÷16 at around 1:35PM, I went into the Panda Express store. There was a female server and a male server. I could tell the female server was becoming impatient with the two women in front of me. The male server was doing his best to refill the trays and food but he acknowledged me politely and said he would be with me shortly. After I got my food, I paid with my credit card. But the male server didn’t give me my receipt or my drink cup. He left and began serving other customers. I then asked the female server if I can have my drink cup. She rudely told me to hold on and walked into the back. She eventually came back and I politely asked her for my drink cup. She tried to charge me but I told her I already paid for it. At this time, I was still at the register and the registers clearly state that if a customer does not get their receipt, the meal is free. So I asked if I get my meal for free since I never got a receipt. The female said no. I will be contacting management to get a refund.

I’m surprised the reviews are so bad… they were clean, had plenty of food ready to go, and the employees were friendly. My food came out hot and the orange chicken tasted just like what I wanted… Panda Express orange chicken. The rice was fresh tasting and hot as well.

The worst Panda I ever ate at. The food tasted funny and I can’t believe they even messed up the orange chicken of all other things. We still had 45 minutes to store close they stopped cooking stuff and we had to do with what was remaining.

I love the food but the company should be more generous of how much rice or meat I want. I should be also able to substitute entrees for a side. For example more meat instead of rice.

I ordered my food online at 3:40pm it is now 4:38pm and I’m still waiting as I watch 20+ customers be served before me and I’ve been inside waiting for 30minutes. The service is not good what so ever.

Came in with my kids for lunch, Magelyn needs some serious customers service we ordered food and I wasn’t observing while she prepared. I was laughing and joking with my kids. We get to the front of the line pay and she says«oh it will be a another 5 mins»… the wait was no problem however it was 5 mins for teriyaki sauce? «I asked her to just hold off making tgat one plate until everything was ready, she said«okay» they signaled me when my food was ready. Which was 15 minutes later and the food was cold! I asked to warm it and she«says it should be okay it was just sitting I the box the whole time». I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t do cold food… Especially Panda lucky the other server Jeanette was there to correct the situation she was very polite! And greatly appreciated

I absolutely love Panda Express! But for some reason everytime I come to this particular location the orange chicken doesn’t taste right. I don’t know what it is but everytime I come here and get the orange chicken it tastes disgusting and that goes for the fried rice too. Panda Express is great but not this one!

Jeannette is the young lady that served us and rang us up today. She seems to be a very polite and gracious young lady especially to her elders which I say because she treats my parents with politeness and a smile every time. Unlike the other older Asian lady that just dumps food on the trays. Thank you

I came here for lunch with my son, we both had the orange chicken with fried rice and chicken egg roll. The rice was ehh and the chicken was decent. Food was a bit cold. The egg roll was okay. There service is awful. Everyone here looks like they hate their job. Be prepared to receive an attitude when you are paying. They get mad even when you ask for soy sauce. I cannot stand having someone ask me «is that it» after asking for something without letting me finish my sentence. But aside from there rude demeanor the food is just ok.

The food tastes good and has potential, but should be heated up a little more. When I have gone in, it wasn’t too busy and the atmosphere was good. They always have had everything I ordered. The staff is always polite and the area is pretty nice. Clean and yummy!

Average Panda Express. Food has never seemed like it has been sitting or is stale. The location has alway been clean. Service is somewhat of a problem during rush hours. Consistency on par with other Panda Express location.

I’ve seen the advertisements for these New Chinese spare ribs but when I ordered it, the lady said they sold out for the day. Is there such a thing? Can they have a quota per day? Even as I’m writing this, two other people ordered them, one was told«sold out», the other was told they«didn’t have any at all today.» Now I’m sitting here waiting for fresh Orange chicken because the one in the tray looked a day old. Girl said 7 minutes they’ll have more, I’ve been waiting 12… doesn’t seem like anyone’s cooking anything NEW. I went up to the cashier and asked for my chicken. She said we just cooked it, it’s fresh. I looked and it’s the same damn chicken I saw earlier. I said, «if that’s fresh, why did no one tell me that it was done, why did no one bring any to me»…cause I’m eating(the rest) of my food only a few steps away! When no one gave me an answer I asked for my money back, they gave me $ 1.75 back. I don’t know if that’s right, but I was too angry to argue any further. I asked for a managers card. She said«the manager will be in tomorrow morning.» I told her I didn’t want to come back. So she said that there’s a number I could call but it’s posted on the outside of the entrance and handed me a piece of receipt and pen. This place SUCKS. Never again! I should also mention that while I was waiting, there were a few other ppl talking about the ribs, or in this case the absence of any.

Every time I go here they are always out of food. The food that is there is never fresh. There is always 3+ employees behind the glass but always at least a 10 minute wait to even be severed. Horrible customer service and unclean. I walked out after they allowed some homeless looking make or female(gender unknown) to put her dirty hands and fingernails all over the trays that the dine-in customers should be using. She also sneezed on them at least twice. DONTGOHERE. WENTTOSUBWAYNEXTDOORINSTEAD!

Call me crazy, but their food is actually not bad, and this is coming from an Asian. Granted, it’s not piping hot like you expect from a true Chinese chef with a wok, but the food are usually pretty tasty. I came here for lunch and had their two plate combo. First, their chow mein can feel like scraps and leftovers because their thin noodles are in short small pieces. Their noodles had a 50 – 50 blend of noodles and cabbage. For my two sides, I will say their staff was very pro and experienced. I wanted the Walnut Prawns and I could hear and see his mouth moving while he counted. I also wanted to string bean chicken and he was an expert in giving me exactly one ladle with a perfect blend of string beans and chicken; not more no less. Granted I understand it’s a food chain and there are standards(I can understand the prawn counting), but give me a break. Overall the food was pretty tasty and as stingy as they were with their portions it was the right amount of food that filled me up.

Went here today with my boyfriend for the first time at this location and we will never come back again because they are stingy with their food. They don’t give you enough, its less than other panda express. And its kind of plain. And the service is slowwww.
