First time ordering from this restaurant. I’m very satisfied of the service & food. I’d ordered delivery through Unilocal and it was very easy & very convenient! This restaurant knows how to treat people & cook very delicious food. If I’m ever back in the area, I will be ordering from them again!

I ordered delivery from them blind, never tried their food before. I was extremely pleased. Their beef chow fun was delicious, dry fried ribs and fried prawns super yummy! Definitely worth the money! Delivery guy was super polite!

The food has been consistently pretty good & they deliver. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice are a great size. My friend gets food delivered from here at least twice a week. Lol

They deliver to the Hercules area!!! It’s not free delivery but when you are getting home a little late after sitting in traffic, haven’t gone grocery shopping and have a toddler to feed having the option of Chinese food delivery is a Godsend!
The food is pretty good and when I request no soy sauce on something the food item arrives without any soy sauce! And it has also arrived hot and steamy. I’ve ordered a few times from them already and so far I haven’t gotten anything that is cold and tasted like it had been sitting around all day.

Im not from this area and this place is better than I expected. Good quality produce, great flavor and not greasy as your typical Chinese food. I love it that they deliver.

Horrible!!! Save your money and yourself! I order the prawn fried rice and there was a bug in it! They didn’t want to give me money back and instead tried to give me more rice. Needless to say I will never eat there again.

This place is Terrible!!! You know why? Because I never got a chance to eat the food. I order some food for delivery. The woman who took my order was nice & patient. Then, the delivery guy calls me because he’s having a problem finding my truck.
He asks me if there’s any image or something distinctive about my truck or on my truck. I said no and asked where he was. «I’m in the parking lot!!!» He says in frustration. I said, «there are many parking lots in the area, are you at the right building? Make sure you go to (I described my specific area)».
He doesn’t hear me and continues to ask if I have an image on my truck. I laugh and say that I’ve already told him that my truck is plain Jane. He interrupts me and says, «Well, then, I’m not gonna be able to give you your food!»
I said, «Okay then.» And I hung the phone up. I really wanted that food too. But, I’m not gonna beg you for it. I tried to walk the guy through it but he didn’t have the time or patience for me… But he definitely had the appetite because he had to eat that food. lol
They lady called me later to apologize but I can’t get the food now, I don’t know what he did to it… Onto the next spot.

This is the best order-​out Chinese food place. We have ordered from here for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. Delivery is fast and food very hot still. Even our out of town guests have loved it. Big portions. Prices are competitive but not great.

Food was actually really good, but there were a couple of downfalls.
Salt and pepper PRAWNS were actually just baby shrimp with a lot of breading around them. Very disappointed, thought I had finally found a place to get them from, but guess not :(
The prawn fried rice was good except for the fact that there were only really 4 – 5 shrimp in my rice… Very disappointed.
Mongolian beef was good glad it didn’t have all the extra unnecessary things that u really just end up picking out anyway.
Crab wontons were so-​so… Glad they were free, not something I would spend my money on.

The generals chicken was pretty good. The egg rolls are very good. They had really fast delivery. But the salt and pepper calimari is awful. Do not order it. I could barley finish one piece.

I have ordered from them a few times already because they’re one of a limited amount of places in the area that deliver to my office. Their food is decent, not great. Just okay. I wouldn’t mind so much if their customer service was good, but I had a horrible experience with the cashier today.
I ordered an egg flower soup, veggie dumplings, and the eggplant with garlic dish from them today. I received egg rolls, veggie dumplings, and the eggplant with garlic dish. It was a completely understandable mistake, but no one reviewed the order with me at the end of the phone call. And worse, when I realized it and called the cashier, he didn’t offer to take the egg rolls and replace them with an egg flower soup — which was the only dish I really wanted from them to begin with. He also didn’t offer me a discount on my next order for having wasted money on food I didn’t want in the first place. He just told me I was wrong and that was it.
I could chalk it up to a bad day but, upon further speculation, I realized that this was not the first time that I have had a wholly unpleasant experience with this cashier; it’s just the first time it’s really affected my experience with the restaurant. At least the last two times he has taken my order over the phone, he’s gotten really impatient with me because I misheard him and asked him to repeat what he said. I have friends who work in customer service, so I understand that things like that can get really annoying. But it’s also pretty normal for that to happen when you’re talking over the phone, and he shouldn’t make it so blatantly obvious how annoyed he’s getting with me.
I am tempted to give them 1 star just for having awful customer service, but the delivery guy was actually very understanding and would have helped if I could have gotten the okay from the cashier. They’re also a 3 star place in terms of their food, so I feel like it’s not fair to take all their stars away for having a really rude cashier.

Each time I have order my food is fresh hot the driver knows me by name! Love the fast delivery! Thank You for having fresh food no msg enough Portions for your money!

Not very good quality of food. Friendly customer service and delivery is fast! Made fresh to order but I question how fresh the ingredients are… ranging from the meats to the cooking oil.

Okay so my Bff want to give them another try. I just out right refused to order anything. He ordered fried pork chops again and beef chow mien. I must admit when we got home I had to just try some of his food. The chow mien was off the hook. The pork chops were much better they didn’t have much of an aftertaste.

OMG. The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. To start off, the lady in the counter was rude n very unprofessional. Then, the food I had ordered was ready in less than 5 mins. Now, the taste? OMG, if you value ur health I will not recommended this place to any1. Terrible

I ordered it on Sunday for my family as we were extremely tired and not in the mood to cook. Mind you, we used the EAT24 app which is AMAZING! Not to mention they offer you coupons, to get your food even cheaper! (No, this isn’t an informercial for them). lol.
Anyways the food arrived at our home within 20 minutes and was HOT and DELICIOUS! The fried rice was amazing, lot of chunks of meat, pork and chicken. The Chow Mein was so good. It had the big chunks of meat, pork and chicken and the noodles were sooooo good. The beef with broccoli was my favorite. Not many places can truly make it that good. I love when the broccoli isn’t too hard/​soft. I also love it when it has some of the juice in it.
Overall, very happy and a great place to go eat or to have delivery.

The food is great, Fresh .But (Never I repeat Never order for Delivery.) I work five minutes away and they took two hours to deliver my food. my lunch is only an hour so guess Lunch will become dinner now since they took 2 hours to deliver.
DELIVERY SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Ordered food to be delivered. Said they didn’t hear my address and said when they called said me phone didn’t ring. I don’t buy this. I told them then hotel I was at. Just rude service. I won’t try to order here again.

This review is for DELIVERY:
They are fast, cheap, and their food is incredible! They usually send little free food treats along with your regular order and even their packaging is quite nice, and they deliver late-​even within the Iron Triangle neighborhood!
The best part is that when you order something with beef, chicken, or shrimp they include tons of sizable portions of meat within the order-​like no other chinese restaurant.
The portions are large.
The staff are courteous.
It’s just the best place to order chinese food in the area!
